If you start winning a decent amount on a machine, next time you come back it will be reprogrammed with a lower RTP percentage so they can ensure it doesn't happen again, pretty shady for a place that takes in that much money to worry about a player winning a few thousand of the tens of thousands they lost, back, but greed is the name of their game.
The house always wins, and that rings true at this place as well as all the others.
On my most recent visit i was also targeted by their bar tender from the moment I walked into the door, he followed me a total of 3 times to HARASS and talk down to me as I was in the casino, with the final time resulting in him following me to the bar after he was clocked out to cause further altercation, then put a water in front of me and told me to " sober up " even though I only had 1 single drink ( and he refused to serve me another after an hour due to his own bias against me ) I then tossed the water bottle back to him because I did not ask for it, ( NOT throw at him, but underhanded tossed ) and was accused of assault by the casino but ultimately ended up being charged with " harassment " which was the polar opposite of the actual situation, I was the one being harassed. NOT HIM. My wife even asked me several times before that incident happened what the bar tenders problem was after she noticed his aggression towards me

When I made a reservation, I spike clearly via telephone to the reservation clerk. I told her I need a non smoking room from 30 Dec 23 to 1Jan 24. I asked her numerous questions, she said I was good to go for those days. I arrive on Saturday 30 December to check in for the room. I spoke to this desk clerk asking her questions again. I was not informed about anything else, she said to me, enjoy your stay. ||I wake up Sunday December 31st, My family ventured out to get breakfast around Black Hawk, now anyone whom been in Blackhawk, is aware a personal phone does not get a good signal. ||Here is the part that Frustrate me. I'm sitting at breakfast with my family, I get a missed call, from the Lodge Casino clerk saying my family's belongings has been taken out of the room "FRUSTRATING". I'm wondering why? Are my belongings taken out of my room. I immediately rush to the check in desk, only to be told, by the clerk we have your belongings, at this point I'm feeling violated, someone gathered my family belongings. ||I was told on Sunday 31st December, it was a black out day! There are only 50 rooms in the lodge. I was playing the stadium craps and was playing for about 45min didn't see a drink waitress (it was a slower night, so I expected this no big deal) I left my seat really quick, went up to the bar about 10 steps away and asked for a drink. The bartender (male greyish hair mid to late 60's with glasses) asked me to pay full price, I told him I was playing and pointed to my seat and didn't see a waitress as I was about to tip him, but he was extremely rude. he said I must order from one of the girls at my seat, I let him know that there wasn't one around and I've done this multiple times with other bartenders with no issue. He then got aggressive and said that next time I would only have to order through a waitress.
This interaction completely through off my vibe. I don't know if he was having a bad night, or this is the norm for this gentleman. I would recommend some customer serves training for this guy as I would like to continue playing here but his attitude was unexpectable.
