Me and my family visited this location on 6/15/2019. Our order was took by a Jadricca. It was very slow in lobby. There was another couple behind us. They received their meal as we sat and watched ours sit waiting to be placed on a tray. While we were dinning in this same employee Jadricca was in the lobby sitting on her cell phone for a min of 30 mins. While on company time. At a both not on break. Another employee came out and told her "she should know better". Jadricca returned some back handed attitude to her team member. We stated we would call cooperate. Jadricca then felt the need to share while we are eatting our food how she was on her period!! I asked to speak with a manager shift lead Taylor was whom I got the pleasure to speak. Pleasure being an understatement, since I have worked many years with Arby's I explained how there was plenty things Jadricca could be doing, cleaning windows, chairs in lobby, stocking, trashes, bathrooms (since they look like they belong to a T & A truck stop) helping orders in drive thru, helping cooks, helping fryers, bagging orders, polishing stainless steel I mean the list goes on. Not only did Taylor the manager have a attitude as well, much of one who is promoted to a Job she does not even enjoying doing. I followed up with the General Manger Brian today. No one has tried to right this situation what so ever. No offer of a refund or free meal. Not that I would take it because that is not the issue. The training and allowing this incident to occur is. Brain just said yes, ok, hmmmm. He could care less just another call swept under the rug. However I again worked for Arby's Northern District and I will be contacting regional manager next. In the mean time this location will not receive a penny from me, my boyfriend, our family and as many friends I can bring aware to their ethics!! Save your self the trip and cook at home. Seriously do not waste your money on poor service, cold food, and high schoolers whom are PMSING....
Read moreI dunno what's going on here. It used to be great. Now if you want to break a tooth on a bone in a roast beef sandwich? This is the place. Not only that , the crew that worked here a few years ago made sure you had everything. I come here for a double roast beef sandwich and jalapeno bites every time. The last three times there's giant bones in my roast beef sandwich. The jalapeno bites are cold or not done well, not done well? That's weird I waited at the second window for 18 minutes. Still not done well and my sandwich was now cold. Half the time I don't get this sauces I asked for simply during my order.
This place is gone downhill I would say it was more like a landslide. Going downhill seems like it's just a rough terrain. A landslide seems to describe it better. Meaning it went from being on top to just sliding right into the sewer.
That won't be back.
It's a shame too because it was 40 some years ago when this location was established. It was the first Arby's I've ever went to in my life that like 10 years old. I used to love coming here. Now it's a big disappointment. I pay more now for one sandwich then my mom and dad did for them and 5 kids . Now it sucks. Don't worry you're not the only Arby's that sucks. Soon all you little old ass food chains will be out of business. McDonald's, Burger King all you people just suck now. There's a new sheriff in town. You will be looked at. And not by the FDA. By the new food administration. Food and drug will be separate according to administrations. Everything is going to be rebuilt in the next few years and you will be a thing of the past. I can't wait to video tape...
Read moreBest Arby’s in town! These guys made my day today! Awesome and over the top! I went in today for a Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. ( by the way, if you have not had one of these recently I highly suggest you try one again-add bacon-I forgot how delicious their chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich is, best in town!) As I was walking in I noticed a sign on the door that said yesterday teachers got free chicken sandwiches. When I got to the cash register I jokingly said shoot, I wish I had known I could’ve gotten my chicken for free yesterday. Oh well. And I proceeded to have the cashier ring me up for a couple of sandwiches. Turns out she was new, and I would not have guessed it was her first day ringing up orders on her own. So she double checked with the manager to ensure she got everything correct and the manager kind of leaned over and hit a couple of buttons, told her she did ring everything correctly and said something about yesterday discount blah blah blah. I didn’t really hear because I wasn’t paying attention because she wasn’t talking to me. Then the cashier told me it was her first day ringing on her own and I complemented her for doing an excellent job. And then my order came out to just over $3. Turns out without my even asking, the manager ring me up for a free chicken! She gave me a five dollar discount off my order. That was incredibly sweet and super unexpected! That totally made my day. These two ladies were fantastic. I highly recommend this...
