I bought a 6 pack malt and was charge $52 for it because she entered it wrong. When I went back to the store to get a refund I was in the store for almost 40 minutes she did not know what to do she had to call the owner to walk her through it and I had to help her count change because she could not process a card refund. I was then charged individually instead of a 6 pack that I still had to pay for after so much hassle. At that point I was getting more and more frustrated. How can you have a business and not take the time to train your staff if you are going to leave them in the store alone. I am so glad I randomly decided to pop in and see what this store was about. Besides the groceries, they have a hot food deli. I've never had Liberian (or generally West African) cuisine, and now I know what I was missing! The staff were incredibly friendly and gave me samples of several dishes. Everything I had was quite tasty. I settled on taking home a dish of the sweet potato and have been eating it for several meals. It's spiced so well, with just enough heat to bring the flavor without lighting me up. You gotta pick over a few of the bones, but it's well worth it for the savory meat. Or if that seemed like it wasn't your thing, you could easily just ask for all greens and be happy you did. I'll definitely be stopping by...

Have been curious about this place so while shopping at B&N finally stopped in. Super glad I did! Their deli is open and full of delicious looking and smelling food. Was given a sample to try the Liberian Pepper Soup and immediately bought some to take home for dinner that night. The broth was a delightful spicy ham flavor (the perfect amount of spice - not too hot, just right) with pieces of ham, chicken, beef and fish, served over rice.
