Chanticlear Pizza — Restaurant in Blaine

We order from Chanticlear quite often. Saturday when I ordered I thought I'd try a different pizza for a change so I got the House special. There were 4 of us eating and my daughter almost broke her tooth on what looked like a stick. We all had these in the pizza. I pulled out 3 of them on the one piece of pizza that I ate. I am sure it probably was some type of herb but these should not be in your pizza if they can break your teeth. My daughter called to complain but they did not believe her on the phone. She put these peices of sticks in a small bag and brought them to Chanticlear. They said she probably picked them off of the ground. She ended up calling back on Monday because they did not resolve the issue. When she called and spoke to the general manager he was just as bad. He said she acts like she needs it for a house payment. He offered to give her the money back and asked that we never call them agian. WORST customer service I...

Ordered here a number of times and typically ok - last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable. I am sure I could have called and got it replaced but didn’t want to drive 30 mins back and forth considering we waited 35...

Well, I had driven by there and seen 3 topping large pizza for 1799.So I thought I would try it since I live in Minneapolis but I'm up that way.A lot.I eat a lot of pizza, So I ordered sausage mushroom and onion. I picked it up.Went to mcdonald's got a coke, And sent the parking lot and ate it and the pizza Was awful. I think. God I had a pop, The pizza Was so dry.I almost choked on it.There was no sauce on it. I lifted up the cheese and there was no sauce, And maybe two little onions on each piece so I was pretty upset. I ordered onions as one of my toppings.Because I like onions.You could even taste the onions, You couldn't even find them. I mean really ,the cheapest topping.
