Stopped by for a mini-blizzard. Cotton Candy is back! Sticker shock as it was almost $5 for a MINI blizzard. Then, 1/3 of it was just vanilla ice cream…. the bottom wasn’t blended. No excuses as there was no one else at the drive-thru before or after me. So there was no reason to rush like it was a July summer night with cars wrapped around the drive-thru.
$5 for a what amounts to a large scoop of ice cream that wasn’t prepared correctly. How can a family of four afford this treat if they are in a budget? They can’t.

Arrived at 8:45pm, order was not ready, they never received it, and they refused to make it despite being shown the order in the DQ app and my email order confirmation. I was told by a manager that "that has nothing to do with me. I can't make an order I didn't receive" and upon being shown the order confirmation in both email and the app, was told "but I don't know that you paid." No effort put in to figuring out what went wrong with the technology, just blatant refusal to assist/provide the order regardless.
