I wrote through blow review and received response from owner telling me to click on the link and fill out a form well. I went to the link. Click down the form 5 or 6 times and all it did was freeze each, and every time their app is just like their business horrible.!!
I have ordered pizza from Marcos in Blaine many a times . But today I ordered one and I have been sitting here for an hour on the phone with the "manager" CHARLIE telling me my pizza was delivered and I never received it. I had to walk my entire complex and look at everybody's door and the driver delivered it to the wrong address. He told me that he will deliver one more and if that doesn't work out then there's nothing else they can do for me. I've already paid for my pizza. I've asked him for the district managers name, the owner's name a number, he told me everybody was out of town. I had to deal with him. And he's supposed to be a "manager" at the Blaine Minnesota Marcos on university Avenue. I expect some kind of apology because all he did was tell me.,It was on my fault, in so many words and his driver did what I told him to do by giving him my address. Well, he didn't deliver it to my address. Now he's telling me, I gotta wait another 45 to 50 minutes for a new pizza because I found the pizza was on the ground I did not check the no contact, but I wanted them to ring my doorbell but I was told they don't do...
Read moreThey just can not get orders right, phone orders screwed up, online orders screwed up, in person orders still wrong. I ordered on the phone got there to pick it up, the order was wrong, so the manager was going to only remake the 1 of 4 items over which means everything else will be old, not fresh not worth even eating at that point.
So he told me to make an online order so they could remake it. Well waited another half hour and again they screwed up.
So they were going to remake it again, I had already waited over an hour since I got there to pick up original order and asked them to deliver it since I had a procedure at the doctor, he said sure it will cost even more.
After all was said and done it was still missing toppings on one of the pizzas, I was given the runaround by the manager, had to not only pay extra for a delivery charge and tipped the driver because she was only doing her job none of it was her fault.
Well Marcos I will not order again, you can not do simple customer service and do you job and do it correctly so I will be happy to have from another establishment, have order twice from new place and both orders were right, the pizza was hot and fresh.
Think twice before even considering Marcos, they just can not get a simple things right. And do not fix the situation just...
