Subway — Restaurant in Blaine

This Subway was hands down the worst I have ever been to! Last night @ 6pm went there with my family after shopping (the mall subway was closed) and the employee was slow moving, rude, and unprofessional for customer service! It was meatball sub night and they were out! (Remember it was 6 and they close at 9) I decided to get the chicken breast sub instead. Chicken was dry and the make table was out of almost everything (including mayo and southwest sauce). By the time the young gentleman was done making subs for my wife, kids, my mom, and myself I had asked for sides of the sauce. This gentleman went in the back and never came out. The other employee that was doing everything ended up helping me with the extra sauces that the subs were neglected to begin with. Mind you this nice gentleman was handicap but working 5x harder than the bum who made our subs. On top of it all this store was disgusting and not clean at all. By the time we got our meals situated the Subs were not good, not fresh, and let feeling grossed out... over all poor experience and wish I could talk to the GM of this place because seriously he should review the tape from April 2nd @ 6:15p-6:50p when we left... Handicapped gentleman was awesome but poor guy to be working with the bum he was partnered up with for...

I was there with my family some time back and have to say Josh - assistant manager - was the best!

He had amazing customer service, he was super nice to my kids and was patient with all our different orders!

My kids were having some trouble deciding and Josh really took his time without rushing them and made them feel comfortable. Plus, I was impressed how quick and fast he was making all the different sandwich variations, especially during rush hour!

Not to mention how clean the location and bathrooms were! Did I mention how polite and accommodating he was!

Also, the food tasted fresh. The veggies were crisp and crunchy and the bread was very tasty. I also like how the staff washed hands and kept things clean.

One of the better Subway locations all thanks to Josh. My family and I will definitely be back to...

The management is very unprofessional. More than a few time I have witnessed the manager talk to the employees very rude and treat them more like a "step child". I feel bad for the employees if this is how they manage.

I can see that the employees are not happy working here. It shows in how they talk with the customers and do the work. It is a fairly new remodel for this building. It should be a nice clean, new building but it looks like it has not been kept up like it should have.

I have also noticed that they must require people to work sick because all winter when I stop in there is always someone sick working. When I say sick I mean they should not be working with food, maybe something away from customers and food but...
