I wanted to update my review. When I left my first review I gave Marco's one star. We were very angry over the treatment we got with our second order. That review is below. We tried them one more time because their pizza is that good. But to be honest if it wasn't that good we wouldn't have tried them again. Since that "one more time" try we have ordered several times. We are in love with their pizza and their service has been amazing since. Their app works great for online orders, and tracking orders through the process. The only reason I am even leaving the old review on here is because they never tried to make our negative experience right. Other than that I fully endorse this business. It's the best delivery pizza in our area, and their drivers are always great. I think our negative experience came from a growing business in their early growth. But it was still a rough pizza night in our house.
We have now been waiting an hour and 10 minutes for our pizza. We ordered on line. We have called twice and havenāt gotten any answer. I have been on hold more than 5 minutes this time. We canāt figure out how to cancel the order. We will never use Marcos again.

In the end I called three times sitting on hold about 10 minutes each time. On the last call a kid finally answered. Understand by now it had been an hour and a half since we ordered, and my wife was already on her way to get dinner somewhere else. The kid assured me the pizza had just left the building and was on its way to my house. I called my wife and told her to come back. It was another 20 minutes before the pizza was delivered. Making it almost 2 hours from the time we ordered and the time of delivery. The delivery guy was smiling and laughing when he came to the door. He knew there was an issue. He never had us sign the credit card receipt. He pretty much just threw the pizza at us and left. The charge went through though. If you want to stay in business you better change the way you deal with people. You could start by answering your phones. I repeat, I will never order from your business again. And it's a real shame because I think you have one of the best tasting pizzas in the area. You just suck at business.

As suspected I went on their site and gave them my contact information. That's been 4-5 days. I have heard nothing. They comment on these posts like they intend to do something, then do nothing. So that tells me their bad management isn't just a local problem, but systemic. Do yourself a favor and order from the place you would have ordered from before these guys came to town. We used one of the deal coupons however I didn't take note of the coupon code so when I got to the end I didn't have it to enter in. I just opened another window in my browser to go back to the beginning to find the code. On the main screen they show the current deals offered. Even though you click on the button to use the deal, you have to enter the specific code when you place the order. The food was good, we got two one-topping pizzas and breadsticks. The regular crust was fluffy and slightly chewy but not gooey or too thick I liked it a lot. If you like more toppings than crust with your pizza though I recommend trying the thin crust. We have plenty of cheese on the breadsticks and pizza. My husband picked up the order. He said they seem pretty busy. When he walked in the front desk gal was on the phone but he was greeted by a gentleman in the back. Very quickly she was able to help him and even though they were very busy she was friendly. We will definitely order from them again. Not the cheapest in town but we feel it was a fair price. The only reason for four stars instead of five was simply the order process online.
