I went to place an online order from this restaurant through their online ordering system and realized there was an extra charge of a few dollars for the convenience of using the ordering system. I decided to just call in the order since I was already out and was picking it up anyways. I placed the same exact order and when I got there to pay the order over the phone cost a few dollars more than the online ordering system. Iām not sure why and I didnāt question the lady who rang me out but I felt that was worth mentioning since it was weird. Prices on the food are kinda steep for fried chicken but Korean fried chicken is worth it to me because of how crispy it usually is and I like the soy type of sauces that was served with them.
The food here is fantastic. Chicken was super crispy, juicy and was made fresh. The sauces were also fantastic. I do wish there were more options of veggies on their menu.
Thereās plenty of parking out front in the parking lot. Thereās handicap parking spots and a ramp to get up on the sidewalk. Door swings outward and thereās plenty of room in the restaurant for a wheelchair to get around. Any table can be used for handicap seating.
I did not eat inside as my order was to go but this restaurant does not seem to have table service but donāt quote me on that. You seemingly just order and pay at the counter and they will likely call your name for you to come pick it up.
I donāt mind spending more money on really good food so this will be a place we visit again soon and weāre always excited to see new restaurants pop up around us here in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTheir chicken is phenomenal, customer service was great the first time I went. 2nd time I ordered online and it was $2 extra so I called in tonight. I ordered garlic soy tenders and garlic spicy drums. He repeated what he heard, I confirmed what I heard. I go to pick up and there were 2 garlic soy orders and none garlic spicy. He immediately blamed me and said thatās why he confirms the order. I told him I heard him confirm my order correctly but he made it seem like that was impossible, all the while, he was getting my order mixed up in front of me while we were trying to get it worked out. He did offer to remake it, but he was annoyed about it. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience to make my food correctly. At first I accepted the offer then quickly asked them to just cancel the order. Because he was annoyed, I was worried that the quality of my food wouldnāt be the same (I didnāt think theyād do anything gross to the food, just not make it as good). Iām going to go back, as I stated, the chicken is worth it, but I may just pay the extra $2 to order online so I wonāt have to go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay whoās here after seeing this on TikTok? šš½ This was our first visit and I brought my entire team! Amber greeted us at the door. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. She ran the entire dining room on her own.
The atmosphere is so great! Thereās tvs in the lobby playing K-pop and mukbang videos. š«¶š½ The floor of the restroom appeared under renovation but the area itself was very clean and pleasant smelling. I assume they pipe in air freshener because it was potent and refreshing.
Between Amber, the K-pop and the smell of the food, I was ready to try the whole menu. š We ordered curry Snowonion, curry tenders, soy Tikkudak, Snowonion original, calamari and Cheese Monster fries. The fries were so delicious we placed an order of Cheese Monster chicken tenders to go.
The food⦠PHENOMENAL! I canāt even describe how delicious this chicken is. I tasted everything we ordered and I wouldnāt be able to prioritize one over the other. Youāll just have to come try it...
