Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Blendon Township

The reason for the 2 stars is because my fiancé and I ordered two bowls and they were completely different in portion size. His bowl was about 1/3 the size of mine. You could see the bottom of his bowl on both sides. We had two different people make our bowls. The girl who made mine seemed more comfortable talking to people and was faster, which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1. My fiance had a young man make his bowl and his hands were shaking and he had to keep asking "what?" . Maybe he was new, not sure, but the difference was astronomical! If someone isn't comfortable with portion size or the menu, referring to the young man asking what, they should still have training... I aslo noticed he was scraping the bottom of the queso pan for those in front of us and the cup was barley full. The young man asked if that was good enough. The people ahead of us said no and the young lady who made my bowls had to step in and tell them there would be a small wait for more to come out. Just...

food has always been really good from this location! However, I went in today and I was made fun of by the employees. I was hyper in a good mood because I had just gotten some really good News And I guess I just kept saying yeah a lot? So when the workers thought I wasn’t listening, I guess they started mimicking stuff that I was saying in my tone as well, and it was loud enough where I could obviously see and hear them. Cashier was also rude and not talkative at all. As I was leaving employees, then said bye by in a very obnoxious time trying to make fun of me again! Just kind of killed my vibe for a few minutes and really don’t appreciate it. Sucks that this is the closest location to me now because I’m just not gonna come back now lol.

The employees were also messing around the whole time and one even broke/knocked down a receipt printer because he was messing around. Talking to eachother and acting like customers are not around. One even dropped an F bomb.

I payed 14$ for a dry "wet" burrito with rice. My toppings add ons where there. But not enough to call it a serving. It was more of a contamination. Like enough to know they read the ticket. But also enough to feel like they just wanted to ruin my day. This has honestly become the snapping point for me ordering delivery anywhere. I'm tired of feeling robbed. I would be honored if you would be my pallbearer to let me down one last time. This was such a let down that I'm going to go hang out with Anthony Bordan. My expectations were so low. Yet, I was still disappointed. This isn't really a review anymore. I'm just hoping that these words waste as much time and money for your location as you did mine. The hours worked to earn the dollar. To then give it to you. And then this as the result. I might as well gave an Indian call center access to my bank account. I have more trust in a homeless junkie house sitting. I can't believe I used to brag about how awesome...
