This by far is the worst experience i ever had to deal with because i was originally looking for apartment to move into and a situation came up so then i had to go solve that then i came back to see if there’s anything available to move to because i did have my application active, the deposit already made and they told me they don’t have what i’m looking for. i told them to refund my $150 back since they don’t have the units available that was back in November. then i was told to wait until January to call back and see if they have anything available because my waitlist was up to January until that they can’t do anything basically then i called right know again to follow up and i was told we don’t have anything for you and will also not return your money back. they are honestly the worst people to deal with and champion property management are literally ripping off peoples hard earned money. if you value yourself don’t ever deal with these kind of dishonest people because they will take advantage of you at your vulnerable state. they literally scammed me off because i spoke to three people and everyone was giving me the runaround and not being honest with me. if i could give them 0 stars then i would. they are very disgusting people because the waitlist agreement i had signed, it states there that if they don’t have the units available then i’m eligible for refund and here we are in this unfortunate situation. Read moreWe’ve recently been approved to move into this community. Where we currently are, the management at Walnut Creek is MILES better than where we are. We were screwed a month out of our rent, and these guys helped us find a new home in the matter of a couple days. We were scheduled for a tour and were approved later that night. They are VERY responsive and easy to get ahold of, which is a really nice change from where we are coming from. I’m looking forward to moving into this community!
Edit: I wanted to add to this after living here for a couple months now. My fiancé and I love it here. The staff here deserve every bit of praise I can give them. I mostly work with Lauren since she’s usually the one who’s in the office when I come in. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and makes sure what ever you need is taken care of. These guys are ON TOP of their maintenance requests. Most of ours have been for small things, but the fact that they are so quick in response compared to the other place we used to live is amazing. Edit : I lived there for about a year but had to move out of state very suddenly, but I loved my experience there. Subletting it to another person was such an easy process, thanks to the staff. I had these little outdoor bug problems, they came and got rid of them. My fridge was leaking, they fixed it. It started again, so they replaced my fridge. I asked for hand sanitizer by the dumpster & they actually installed one. (I always felt grossed out after touching the handle) Parking wasn't a huge problem at all. I just get lazy when to walk when it's not directly in front of my apartment I always felt safe and even safe enough to leave my car there until tow could pick it up.
