Puerto Vallarta — Restaurant in Blendon Township

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THUS FAR IN COLUMBUS. McDonalds has better pratices. God forbid your order is wrong... they will play CSI to assure your order was wrong and if so, nothing. Long story short, We bought over $50 in food in early September as take out but when we got home...it wasn't correct and we did no receive all our items we ordered. I called the next day and the person assured me I will be all settled and he'll give us credit on the next order. Liars....and I say this because this person spend 20 minutes lying to me just so I can forget about the credit. That 20 minute consist of the women waitress lieing and saying she never took my order. Then the manager got on the line and said in order for me to receive a credit he must review the surveillance video and see if they made the wrong food or if they missed something. All this over a $10 credit... reviewing cameras as if I stole something. If you go here, don't order out and believe they got your order right. Because if it is not....too bad, you won't get...

I ate lunch here last week. The service was terrible. I was in a hurry with only an hour for lunch break and it was a good 10 to 12 minutes before my order was taken. That wouldn't seem like a super long time but it wasn't busy. Plus, 2 different tables that were seated after me were waited on before me.

When the waiter finally got to me, I asked for a drink and told him to go ahead and put my order in which he did. The food took awhile, longer than most similar style Mexican restaurants would take. I told the waiter to bring my bill as soon as he dropped off the food.

The food was average at best. The refried beans were not warm and tasted very grainy. The rice was just OK. Typically, rice and beans as a side is my favorite. I will probably never eat here again. It's just...

the service was relatively slow, however he was very nice, appetizer wasn't hot but it was tasty, entrees were good standard Mexican food, nothing special but worth coming back for, but everything fell apart when it came to dessert. The sopapilla was literally just a fried tortilla shell with chocolate and strawberry sauce, no ice cream as it was supposed to come with. The fried ice cream was not fried ice cream it was ice cream rolled in soggy corn flakes. Then after waiting for the server for 15 minutes to get our bill, he refused to honor our coupon because we had a bottle of beer that was on special and you cannot combine specials.
