Harold's Chicken Shack #50 — Restaurant in Bloom Township

I ordered from here for delivery, let’s start with the good……The sweet honey biscuits are really good, the fries are decent. I appreciated how my bag was sealed. They didn’t forget any items in my order.

But the chicken…..the main attraction……was not good at all. The wings looked big, but they were fatty and slimy? Like I would bite into a wing and then you just see all these strings of stuff, not very appetizing. I don’t know if the chicken wasn’t properly cleaned or what the issue is. So yeah, the wings didn’t have much meat on them and I didn’t even want to try to fight through all the other stuff to make them edible. Flavor wise - just okay. Not the Harold’s I’m used to.

The mild sauce was much tangier than any other Harold’s location I’ve had, and it just didn’t taste like Harold’s to me at all. Plus it took an entire 1.5 hours for delivery for my wing dinner.

Overall, I wouldn’t order from here again. It was the only Harold’s that delivered to my location, but it’s my least favorite out of all the Harold’s locations I’ve...

This place wanted bad things to happen to me simply because I was a white person (evaluated through a series of nonverbal cues interpreted as indicative and(/or) suggestive. The girl behind the counter used social manipulation and deception techniques (affirmed and/or conformed through the use of my own sense of (what are in and of an emotional sense) the effects of gaslighting) to try and see opportunistically how she could make me look bad, if she could make me look bad, how she could make me look bad, ...all while simultaneously effectively and discretely gaslighting me. But, of course, this was after a two-way intercourse where we were both making eye contact, I looked at her to attempt to communicate confusion, and she responded in a way that felt demeaning, hurtful, and semi(at least)-attacking [to me].

Although, I could be optimistic that she and/or they were trying and/or viewing themselv(es) as getting back me and/or a group of people back, as a form of 'revenge' (or some similar relevant realm...

Middle aged black women with no customer service skills was very rude and ignorant on 06/17th @2:50 pm. I Attempted to call in my order but was told I had to give my card number over the phone(which banks do not recommend for fraud purposes) Arrived to the store a short time later and was told a 30 min wait, I advised her I tried to call in my order but credit card number was requested, which is not good to do for a Customer and she replied “cause y’all play too much, call in orders and don’t pick up.” I asked her who is “y’all “, people of the same skin tone as yours?? She asked if I’m sure I want to place an order cause she’s busy, so i walked out and proceeded to the Monee location, which is less ghetto, had better food, cost less and most importantly, people who work there that appreciate my business and know how to act accordingly!!! Also there has been several carjackings at the Chgo Heights location, security guards are needed to get chicken, smh! Terrible location and need...
