I had discontinued patronizing a year ago due to repeatedly rude service. It just got so old. Then a couple weeks ago, I went through drive-thru because Starbucks was on jam. Service was horrific but the drink was perfect so I decided to be a regular again. I dealt with over-the-top rude behavior because I value the quality of the overpriced drink. A couple weeks in, my drink looked different, as if water was added. I was in a rush so I took it. Can confirm water was added. Gave them the benefit of doubt and went back today. Bro tried to hand me a bright white iced drink - meaning no coffee was in it; only milk. When I told him it looked drastically different, he tried to convince me otherwise. Please be serious. Advice to owners/staff: 1. Don't question the customer's intelligence, 2. Coffee is an expensive treat so accuracy is vitally important, and 3. I will sometimes stop here in the morning before work. I am always in a rush because, ya know, I HAVE TO GET TO WORK. Every single time and I mean every. single. time I come here I order through drive-thru and tell them what I want and they always repeat back the wrong thing, which I have to correct and then they say something else and every time I say "what?", they repeat back more clearly asking if I want hashbrowns and coffee. IF I WANTED YOUR DISGUSTING HASHBROWNS I WOULD ORDER THEM AND I DON'T DRINK COFFEE. They do this every single time! I stopped here about 3 times last week and now today my order was wrong. Read moreThere's an employee at this location that is beyond rude. I asked for a cup of ice along with my breakfast items that I ordered. I noticed my total was more than it was my previous visit. She then told me there was a fee for a small cup of ice. I asked her to cancel the ice and she still charged me. I brought to her attention that I was still charged for something I no longer wanted. She was rude throughout the entire transaction so I called and spoke with a manager about her unprofessionalism. Today, I went to this same location and she waited on me again. She burned my bagel and handed it to me with the biggest smile on her face. Clearly, she assumed the burnt bagel will be payback for letting her manage know how she's treating customers.
