Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomfield Township

I called to order a pizza I paid with my credit card the employee said 45 min for delivery I didn't ask for delivery but didn't want to go through the hassle of a refund the employee said we've delivered to your house. So I agreed to delivery. I waited and waited and I got a text saying I left the pizza on your porch . I was sitting by my window and hadn't seen any cars I texted back and said there isn't anything on my porch. I called the store the manager got on the phone and I told him what happened he said I called you I said my phone didn't ring. He asked what my address was I told him and he said oh you gave us the wrong address. No your employee didn't ask for my address he said we have delivered to you before. The manager put in my address and said oh your out of our delivery area, had the employee asked for pick up or delivery when he took my order he would of known that and I could of picked it up .The manager was rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I have never ordered a pizza and not been asked if it was for pick up or delivery . The address it was left at I haven't lived at in 5 years buyer beware here here. This manager tried to make me feel like a thief! I came In from out of town to visit my kids and ordered a $28 pizza we could all eat - but THEIR online ordering didn’t work. Ordered a large pizza and received it with ingredients on it I asked them NOT to add and was missing ingredients I paid for and now it’s late and my order is wrong. I can’t eat green peppers! My boyfriend and I ordered a large BLT square pizza last night as well as a cheese bread with ranch. We each had one slice out of the pizza in one slice out of the bread and both got extremely sick. I'm writing this today the day after we ordered. My boyfriend is still trying to recover very sick and I am just starting to feel better not vomiting.
