I usually always go here in order about the same thing whenever I drop my car off at a local shop and I’ve never really had an issue ever but today was something that I got under my skin for a poor communication service by the workers. I ordered my food didn’t receive a receipt. Whoever makes the food and takes it out the oven set a number. I wasn’t sure if the number was mine all she did is walk away another gentleman that was helpful asked me hey what are you waiting for? I told him turkey sausage, egg, and cheese toasted with hashbrowns so the guy calls the other girls name. I believe her name is Maria and says hey Maria, where is his food? She goes. Oh it’s on the counter and I called his number so I said well I wasn’t aware because I never received a receipt with the number on it. I didn’t receive a receipt at all And her first comment was well that’s not my problem so I was kind of confused on how you could be rude if I wasn’t rude to you and I don’t think that is my problem because I was the one that didn’t receive the receipt. My personal opinion is if you don’t like your job, you know just get another job, especially if the customer is not rude to you and you’re just blatantly being rude for no reason and as a guy, I’m not sitting there going back-and-forth...
Read moreEver been to the Dunkin Donuts at 133 Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield? If so, make sure to count your change if paying with cash. Almost on a daily basis I get short changed about 5, 10 or even 15 cents. When I first noticed it, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to argue for a nickel or a dime. Then I noticed that it happens allot, almost every day. The ladies behind the counter try to work thru the line quickly with the hopes, I think, that you won’t notice that you were just short changed. Allot of people dont even count their change and just put it in their pocket. Who cares about a couple of pennies, right? Well think about this. 5 - 10 cents a person X at the very least 200 people a day X a week X a month, they are ripping all of us off! It’s stealing and they are getting away with it folks. So, if you get your coffee there, don’t be ashamed to ask for your correct change. I did it twice already and I got the same reaction. “Oh, I’m sorry sir” but then I get my correct change back without even telling them how much I was missing. That means they know exactly what they are doing. Please spread the word....
Read moreThis Dunkin donuts should only be attended if you are bored out of your skull and want cheap entertainment that you have the time for. The service isn't usually fast, but it's definitely unique. When I was in line for a sandwich, the cashier yelled at me about whether I wanted any drinks. I had to ask if she was talking to me because it wasn't even my turn to order yet. When I said no, she yelled the same question at everyone behind me and started making other people's orders in advance. It makes sense but it is not a pleasant experience to be shouted at. When I did order, I went to wait for my food but the customer who was in front of me was fighting with the girl who was preparing all the food. She asked him his name, and when he told her what it was, she got mad and said she wanted to know what he ordered. He threw a fit and she did too. I remember her saying "I really can't with you sir" like the whole scenerio was some kind of meme. Of course I will be coming back because this location is right by the light rail and my sandwich was...
