Sorry kids, Santa didn't come this year. That's how kids felt here when Chuck was MIA for his live parade. Normally you don't want to see a mouse walk out of the kitchen, but he was late twice and absent once, with no explanation. About 1/3 of the games had problems at any given time, from just not working to running out of tickets or shorting the number. This was a complaint from other reviews as well, they need to fix this. The soda fountain and ticket minchOn the good side: it was clean, the pizza was OUTSTANDING, and despite the issues the kids had fun. The two people at the prize counter Shayna and Jaylin were so helpful and patient with the kids that they are the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

At Chuck E. Cheese, you can choose to play by time or points. We opted for 45 minutes of playtime, which cost about $50 for two adults. We traveled about an hour to get there, and it wasn’t quite how I remembered it from childhood—it seemed much bigger back then, but that might just be the perspective of being smaller! Despite this, it was an enjoyable experience. I played almost every game during our time there. You simply scan your card to play any game, making it easy to hop from one to another. I didn’t try the food, so I can't comment on that. Staff wasn’t too knowledgable about explaining points or times, but they were okay.

This place is great for kids, daughter loves it so much we purchased the fun pass. Most of the games are properly working they have a new trampoline area. It’s clean, staff are ok food was not. My wife bit into the first slice of pizza only to find a piece of plastic in it. I approached the manager and made her aware, she seemed very shocked and didn’t really know what to do (young female, seemed nervous) but she ended up refunding our pizza and making a new one. Even if this happened we will still be supporting this place because it is a greats place for kids.

We've went twice since moving here and both times the order was wrong. The people are friendly they seem very under staffed. Also stamping people for security is pointless if there are no employees to monitor the doors. There was literally two people there that were employees. One poor girl was running all over the place. And i doubt she is being paid for the 15 positions she's filling. Dinner time on a Friday night during school vacation is not the time to have a skeleton crew on shift. Most of the machines with attachments such as balls were missing most if not all of the pieces. This is definitely the type of establishment that should be massively over staffed. Kids are a handful and they were running all over to include the kitchen area. One little girl just walked right up into the employee section. No idea what the parents were doing because supervision wasnt on the list. I have 3 kids and take 4 adults. But measurements should be taken to prevent this if you are going to have a venue where kids run wild. We did have fun. They have a jump area the kids enjoyed. A large bday section. The Play area is right by the door which seems like an oversight when designing it. The seating area is off to the back and pretty limited. All that said we will continue to go here as it is absolutely the only place where the kids can enjoy themselves while also eating and not being in the cold weather. A couple tv's for the adults might help saw a lot of very bored dads we've moved from an incredible pizza set up to a chuck e cheese set up. The cheese bread is fantastic. And i personally enjoy the salad bar. I don't eat pizza so the alternative is...

Boy has Chuck E. Cheese changed since I was a kid. There's only one animatronic, and it's hip-hop dressed Chuck and it never actually does anything. There's a giant TV screen that plays a sort of show that the animatronic occasionally interacts with, but those moments are few and far between. Several of the games here are broken and left on anyways so you waste time on your game card trying to play them. The pizza was even worse than I remembered with lots of extra cornmeal on the crust for some reason. There were plenty of working games and rides to keep my six-year-old grandson entertained, but aside from the one snowmobile racing game I could play with him, I couldn't really interact with him on most. The boy had a good time, but I walked away feeling like I'd grossly overpaid for the experience. $40 got me 90 minutes of mediocre fun. We later paid $12 total to spend five hours playing and learning at the children's museum...

Back in June we had a party there with 6 kids. We did the ULTIMATE package. We didnt get half the stuff we were supposed to. We even to told employee that was assigned to us stuff was missing. Bree told us no its all there. We also added a cake to our order. After an hour of waiting and it getting close to closing we finally went up to pay and found out she didnt get the cake because our party was ending soon. So I called Monday to talk to a manager and that manager said he was sending stuff to us in mail cause when review video he seen I was correct and didnt get the stuff I paid for. He told me to call back to let him know if I got it or didnt get what he sent. So I did. Well its been 2 months and 3 times I called and 3 times he said im dropping it off in the mail. Its been 2 weeks and still nothing. I got charged $300+ and was given burnt food and not all the stuff for the kids. I will never go back to...
