My spicy chicken sandwich was soaked in mayo and at that point they should've said "you want a side of chicken with your mayo?" The amount of mayo on my sandwich was so ATROCIOUS that a starving homeless man woul slap it out your hand if you offeed it to him. Nikocado Avocado wouldn't bring this sandwich anywhere near his house let alone his mouth. My chicken was SWIMMING in mayo, even after I wiped it off the amount of mayonnaise on my poor sandwich was so DISGUSTING. There was no pickles, on my sandwich I've ordered this same sandwich from a different location in a different state and it had pickles and a spicy mayo (a normal amount of it too) and after reading these reviews I don't think I want the pickles anymore, I heard the pickles were BROWN. BROWN oh my goodness gracious, this place is my 13th reason. my Sprite wasn't even a sprite it was tinted orange, was barely carbonated had no flavor and I didn't get a straw for it EITHER, and after pouring most of it out it had syrup in it, the kind they use to flavor their lemonade, and they did it TWICE in the two sprites I ordered. The fries where okay, but this location was severely understaffed when I went through the drive through. And the lady at the window didn't add my sauce even though I asked her to twice. If I had to choose between going to a 0 star McDonald's in a wooden hut and to EVER eat here again I'd choose the McDonald's. If I could give this place a negative review trust me, I would, NEVER EAT HERE. And if you do, bring a pillow, blanket, a few movies, and your own food, and a bucket to pick in for after you eat it, because you won't be getting served for at least 30 minutes and it will be the worst thing you will ever put inside your body, I doubt this place is FDA approved. this place is genuinely so bad that I'm not even bothered to go fix my spelling errors because they aren't worth it. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY, this place will close. This is my third time editing this review, everytime I see this location I get sick from the horrible flashback from it. This place is just absolutely horrendous, disgusting. Before this place when some one mentioned Popeyes I got excited because I love Popeyes, but now I get physically sick. I cannot stress this enough NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. If you find yourself within a 1/2 mile radius of this Popeyes I suggest you make a u-turn. NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER IN A TRILLION...
Read moreWhen we pulled into the parking lot, the restaurant was open, but all the lights in the parking lot were off... First bad sign.
We ordered through the drive through, and the person taking our order didn't give any indication that there wasn't chicken ready.
Then we paid and got our drink, and they asked us to pull around to the front of the building. We didn't think much of it, until it started taking 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and no one was bringing out ANY food to any of the cars that were parked out front.
I did see two employees leave during that time, leaving what appeared to be three employees inside to take care of the incredible backlog of orders.
An employee finally brought out food to one of the cars, and told me that it would be another 6-8 minutes because they didn't have any spicy chicken ready. (spoiler alert, another 20 minutes went by... are they cooking the chicken one piece at a time??)
After 40 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see what was up. There was a bunch of chicken under the heaters... but apparently no spicy chicken. If I would have known that other chicken was available, I would have just taken that.... my kids were waiting at home after a VERY long day, and my wife was in the car and needed to get home quickly.
It made for a REALLY bad experience. I ordered enough chicken for a very hungry family, only to get home (after waiting 45 minutes) to find out there were pieces of chicken missing from our order).
We've already avoided this location because of other times where the service was really, really bad (and items were missing), and we thought we'd give it another shot.
I really like Popeyes... so I suppose we'll just get it when we're out of town, as this location is completely incapable of managing what I would say is a very small number of orders at one time.
If I'm ordering and you don't have any chicken that I'm ordering coming up in the next few minutes, TELL ME. I'll change my order. But making me wait for 45 minutes without ever telling me that I'm going to wait that long is unacceptable.
If every time I go to this location I have a bad experience, I cannot understand how it stays open.
I'm always willing to give a ton of grace, but the ownership and management of this location...
Read moreI’m a Doordash driver part time to make extra cash and one time when I was coming through the drive through the lady running the register asked me if I wanted to place an order after I told her I was there to pick one up for a customer. Since she obviously didn’t hear me I repeated myself and said “no I’m a delivery driver I’m here to pick up food” to which she actually responded by telling me “not to take an attitude with her” in an extremely rude way. Which was completely absurd because I had not taken an attitude with her at all. When I pulled around they said the food wasn’t ready and made me pull forward to wait. Tbh, it was probably already ready when I got there because it was literally just one sandwich and a drink and I was already running a couple minutes late. I’m not even exaggerating when I say that they made me wait for 30 minutes in the front of the drive through line, while MANY other customers came through, placed their orders, and got them within minutes. I really don’t appreciate the fact that they were purposely holding onto my order and making me wait for it for no reason because I was on the clock working at the time and that made a direct impact on my paycheck. My customer ended up getting his order about an hour after he put it in and needless to say he was not happy about it. In summary, employees were extremely rude, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I will never EVER again accept an order for this restaurant when I’m doordashing. Idk why the Popeyes corporation allows all these ratchet hood girls to work for them but someone really needs to teach them some manners and give them a lesson on treating your customers respectfully. Tbh she’s lucky I didn’t come inside and teach her that lesson myself cause I...
