Pros: plenty of outdoor seating if it is nice out, reliable WiFi, one or two really nice employees
Cons: I'm sorry to interrupt your loud, angry bickering that is making all the patrons uncomfortable, but could I please place an order? Oh, you're out of that bakery item, and this on too, what about...oh fine, just tell me what you DO have available. I'm sorry, it's been almost ten minutes, could you please check on my drink? Mmmmm, this looks good -- wait, where is the half-and-half, oh you don't keep it out, and you're out of it behind the counter, and you need to run to the back to get another jug. sure I'll wait. Ugh what is that on the floor? Sorry to bother you again, but could you please wipe down this table that is covered in sticky blobs that have been there so long that they solidified with napkin chunks stuck in it. I would do it myself but you are out of napkins in all of the napkin dispensers. God the bathroom smells, and uh oh...out of toilet paper.
Credibility: I come here several times a month because it is only a block and a half from my apartment, but it is my least favorite location. It has a lot of potential because of its large size, but it is extremely...
Read moreHey, if you are going to drink a cup of coffee, why not go all out? That’s clearly what Starbucks provides and the wide selection across an empire of stores ensures you get what you want each time.
My visit to this location was manufactured on my part by a break between meetings. I decided to venture in due to the drive-thru line which seemed to stay backed up despite the smooth operation of the inside staff. I ordered a strawberry Frappuccino which was promptly delivered. Due to the crowd size, I decided to head back outside and enjoyed it there before leaving for my next stop.
The staff and the location itself are rock solid and very friendly. The only reason it earns four stars instead of five is because of the clear volume of business overwhelming it. Believe me, it isn’t the management or staff’s fault. It’s purely about demand. Maybe the Starbucks Corporate office should take note and find another location nearby for a second store or a new, larger location.

To get around this I usually order ahead before leaving the house. If I order just a drink, it is ready by the provided time, but if I order food, I tend to wait an additional five to ten minutes before asking a barista where my order is. It seems they prioritize drive through orders, which I understand, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
The location recently underwent a renovation, and the bar space for the baristas to work is now much larger, so my prediction is that now they are able to move around more freely/possibly increase staff present in the mornings, that may address the issue. I do like the new tables—the high ones are just the right height to use as a standing desk for someone of...
