Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bloomington

Whoever owns this Taco Bell and manages it better take notice or this place is going to go to pot. First I went into the bathroom and it was disgusting and nasty. Had to clean the toilet before I could sit on it. Then I went to order. There were four people working behind the counter. I realize the drive-thru was lined up with cars and they were busy servicing them. But they paid no attention to the ones of us in the lobby. One lady had ordered on the kiosk 15 or 20 minutes earlier and still hadn't got her food. So I just left. I don't have time for that!

Update 11-12-23 I drive a semi 18 wheeler. I stopped at the pilot and walked across the street to get some Taco Bell. The lobby was closed for remodeling so I walked up to the drive-thru window. The kid would not serve me! I said why not? I asked to speak to the manager. A young girl 18- 20 years old was there at the window. She said she was the manager. I said why can't you serve me? I can't drive an 18-wheeler through the drive through! She said company policy and slammed the window in my face! For years I have stopped there at the pilot and walked across the street to Taco Bell but I'm just about done with this one! Hopefully the remodel will help, and they can get some good management and bring it...

Rude people their body oder stinks everyone there smells like weed and there's been a few times i had seen people on break or before going in smoking weed you can smell the weed they don't do their jobs im constantly seeing them going in the back and before they get to the back they would pull out their phones and they would be in the back for quite some time. I thought if you're working you're suppose to work not be on your phones but apparently they don't care there's only 2 people that I've seen so far that actually does their job and its venessa and Stephanie. Almost every time I come in I see bugs nothing stocked (when venessa and Stephanie isn't working) the bathroom is never cleaned the garbage isn't taken out and there's hardly ever a trashbag in the trashcan. Y'all need to get new workers or shut the place down. My order 50/50% wrong. I normally don't talk bad about a place but when I do that means there's something...

Terrible these people refuse to give me my food so I made them give me back my money as a customer I have been treated unfairly the woman was extremely rude but I know something I will call corperate on her tomorrow morning and if any of you worry mistreated don't be afraid I will report her prejudice attitude towards me. If you have a semi truck or you walking and got a bad temper with a short I don't recommend coming here that woman call me out of my name and she threatened to fight me and she took my money and food threw it at me, totally rude I don't recommend coming to this place then the food she gave eww disgusting it's had mold all on the burrito and she spit on my burrito disgusting 🤢 🤢I went to the doctor they gave me coronavirus they need to shut that place down and right now...
