Windy City Wieners — Restaurant in Bloomington

Food is okay, but not worth it for the wait and the disrespect you get from the staff. I placed an order online and called about 5 minutes after placing my order to make sure the order is perfect because after a long day of work, I just wanted to eat and go to bed and I knew at the time I called it would probably be a little busy. I had the respect to call and talk to the lady to make sure my order was right and I got everything I asked for. Not only was she extremely short with me, she was extremely rude. After longer than an hour goes by I receive two items, missing two more items. I say something to the delivery driver, who still charged me fully for what I ordered but hadn’t received. I call the store to talk to someone and explain that I understand it gets busy and that myself working in the food industry completely get how overwhelming it can be, but to completely dismiss what I had called for originally and not even seem to care that she screwed up, is another reason I will no longer order...

I ordered my food at 6:54 p.m. today. It's 8:23 p.m. and it still hasn't arrived. All I ordered was a philly cheesesteak, fries, and chili cheese fries (small). This is ridiculous. And you all charge $4 for delivery. And you're not that far from my house. :-( When I called the restaurant to try to see how much longer it would be before my food was delivered, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. That 15 minutes came and went, and still I have not received my order. For my trouble, I was told I would be given a 20% off coupon with my order for a future order. -_- Seriously??? It has almost been 2 hours, and I've still not received the food. No, wait. It just came, and it's 8:33 p.m. smh No 20% off coupon included either. I placed a Valentines order for me and my Valentine at 8:11 pm tonight was told 45min wait for delivery with Cody. Who asked me 2x for my address and it was given both times. Called back 1 hr later looking for our food, Cody advised was already on way! 15 min later i called back talked to Cody who said it was sent to Normal store, i asked why, told him i dont live in Normal and gives me the wrong Address. He preceeds to say he will place order again, Told me would be another 45 min, wait the 45 min and call back, he proceeda to tell me another 20 minutes, i said you have placed my order 2x and now your adding another 20 minutes.
