So I'll start out by saying I worked here for almost 9 years. Started out as a delivery driver and ended as a manager. So I'm sure you'll notice some negative reviews about about poor customer service, so here's why.
When you deal with customers that are basically all 18-24 years of age (college students) there is an entitlement mentality. They think that no matter what the issue is that whatever they want to make it better should happen. Not the case. 1. If you get a delivery and you don't get your drink then no you don't get a free meal, not how that works. They will deliver it back to you but will usually give you a credit so you get a free drink next order. 2. If you yell or curse at the staff yes they will hang up on you or if in store will ask you to leave because you are not 5 years old it can be dealt with as an adult. They will call the police if you are too unruly. If you continue on yelling or call the police because you didn't get your way you will not be ordering in the future even though most will try to order again. 3. If they deliver to you and you do not answer the door or your phone that is NOT their fault. When you call back an hour later and they redeliver your food it will not be HOT anymore and it's not their fault! 4. If you are told you are getting a really hot sauce and then you ask for new wings with a milder sauce because yours was too hot, expect to PAY for the new food. You were warned and you did it anyway! Don't order that next time! 5. This is not a full service dine in. Throw your trash away and if you need a refill of a drink go to counter rather than getting mad they didn't come out to you! 6. When you get wings the bone or veins in the chicken can be pink, they do not change colors. So if it is not the meat that is pink it is fine to eat! 7. Delivery of wings is hard. Sauce is hard to be contained and fries are HARD to keep fresh for delivery. Also they cook your food as the ticket gets to the front. It is not Jimmy Johns. So if you are told a 45 minute delivery time it will probably be close to that. If it is longer the 45 minutes is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. If it is there quicker than that don't complain it came to quick and you were in the shower (I promise you it happens!)
Lastly. This is not a corporate business. When you ask for corporate number you will be told to talk to the manager on duty, and as everyone else the managers have bad days too. If you feel they are being rude then talk to the GM on his next shift who has been there for the last couple months. You can express your concerns but he will not necessarily give you what you want if you are being unreasonable but he knows the ins and outs and will be fair as he has built this place up with the owner in the past and is back! :)

Wings are great until tonight I ordered some wings I received something other than what I ordered I called back asked to have my order corrected the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite explain to me what they should have looked like offered me more wings which I chose to except then 20 minutes later the manager calls me back says that he looked on the camera and that I was wrong what I received was in fact what I ordered. So I went there took my wings back showed him they were wrong there was no sauce there was some residual grease from where the wings were fried he insisted that’s what they were supposed to look like keep in mind I ordered zesty Ranch which should have been a thicker orange sauce the bottom of the tray was clean. I told him he must be blind he told me not to order again terrible terrible service from the management which is very unfortunate because I do really like the food. Read moreTonight I ordered wings celery and ranch. I frequent this place and they’ve forgotten my ranch that they charge for which is unusual for a wing spot. But that wasn’t the issue. I get there to pick up my food and the ranch had warmed up bcuz they put it on the food. So I kindly ask to swap it out with a cold one. ( I don’t like warm ranch) the foreign guy said he was the owner. Said he would only sell me give me a cold ranch for free but I couldn’t buy the wings and snatched the bag from me. I’m like what am I gonna do with a ranch with no food. I really didn’t understand the big deal. He was very rude and his eyes were popped out so wide he was definitely high off something. I have never in my 30 yrs giving or received problems from food workers. He literally was aggressive for no reason. I’m sure my skin color had a big part to play in why I couldn’t just get a cold ranch. That I’m paying for. I’m still shocked because it’s 2025.
