was just in for breakfast, while my service and food was fine- there was a man sitting next to us who clearly had some sort of disability. i heard him tell the worker that his order was wrong, and she replied back with “well, i wasn’t the one who gave it to you.” she gave him the missing food item, and he realized it contained a lot of sugar and told her that he couldn’t have it. she slammed her hand down on the food, and walked away while he was still trying to talk to her, she was mumbling things as she walked away. firstly, thats not how you treat a customer. we get you’re at work and it can be frustrating, but maybe consider another job if you can’t handle fixing someone’s order. secondly, this man had a disability. while you shouldn’t treat someone like this to begin with, it was very obvious this man already had difficulty...
