Could not have been more disappointed. Open for a full month, construction was happening in the middle of the lunch hour. Service was exceedingly slow. I ordered the crispy chicken big box combo and watched while previously cooked french fries were refried to heat them up in front of me and the crispy chicken was poor quality, heavily battered deep fried chicken. It was fried so long that it was hard and inedible. Assembling my bowl, ingredients were literally just dumped on top of one another in the bowl. The queso was gluey. I literally took two bites and threw the entire meal away. My husband ordered a regular sized burrito bowl. He ordered spicy chicken and was told they didn’t have any. Barrio Burrito Bar is honestly a hidden gem in Blue Ash. The moment you walk in, you can smell the freshness in the air — grilled meats, warm tortillas, everything cooked right. The staff here is super friendly and attentive, and they always make sure the order is exactly how you want it.
