I am a patient at Novacare in Blue Ash where Andrew Lair is my Physical therapist. Mr. Lair is obviously extremely intelligent. He sometimes explains things to me using clinical terms and models, demonstrating that he "knows his stuff," but he knows when to explain things to me in everyday practical language which almost anybody would be able to understand. I appreciate both forms of communication. Most importantly, he gets the job done. He is careful to keep in mind my various physical limitations as he assigns exercises to me, and as he does stretching exercises and traction with me. I look forward to gaining strength and flexibility,and enjoying an eventual decrease in pain. Furthermore, Mr. Lair is also pleasant and compassionate, putting me at ease which I really appreciate. I would seek out Andrew Lair of NovaCare Rehabilitation for rehab for the following reasons: When you work with Andrew (40 years of experience) you always work directly with him and not with an assistant. On your initial meeting he does a complete evaluation and develops a plan which he continues to modify (no meetings are the same routine). He continues to develop his plan, always asking for your feedback during the rehab and in between the meetings. The sessions constantly increase the demands with close scrutiny not to exceed good progress. Often, he will back off the demands or eliminate a procedure if you are not ready for it.

I first began physical treatment with Andy Lair May 2021 because of a head on car crash for a spinal column injury. I continued this treatment up to February 2023. Basic daily duties were painful with pain levels up to seven. I made considerable improvement and have been able to resume most activities.
