Sandy’s Stagecoach Saloon — Restaurant in Blue Ash

For me, this place is all about setting expectations. I wanted something close to me where my son could play pool. This is a no frills neighborhood divebar. Food is largely snacks, bags of chips, pretzels, etc. I don't think there were any taps, but they did have liquor if you wanted. The perk, which is what makes this place shine, is the prices, 3 basic beers and a bag of chips was ~$12. The staff were friendly and the place was relatively quiet. For a neighborhood there are many pluses, they have all kinds of imports, even old local favorites like Little Kings. The snacks are awesome and Karen G makes the whole day with her presence behind the bar

The restrooms are scary. Both men's and women's have obviously seen better days. The owner needs to make improvements particularly to the door frames and locks. Also, I know it's a bar, but do NOT order the fountain diet soda. Even in a mixed drink. Always ask for the canned soda. I gave an extra star just for the band that was...
