Subway — Restaurant in Blue Springs

This is been more than one time that I attend this location and every time I’ve come in the manager has been rude. Today she was so condescending I was not aware. It was the manager until I learned afterwards when I asked for who the manager was because she asked why and I said because of how rude you’ve been every time I’ve been in and today was no exception all I ordered was an ultimate BMT. She asked me what sandwich I wanted. I said Italian BMT basically kind of like the ultimate that you guys have listed without the vinaigrette bread and I think What I was saying and from there, it was giving me attitude started yelling at me because I asked for a customer service number and when you call it just hangs up she started yell at me and yelled at her back and said I’m here Never been rude she started yelling in my face and started mocking me and said that I was being recorded with the audio and said that I was saying Wasn’t making sense. I also said that I proceeded to call the cops because she continue to get really agitated and yelling in my face. I do not recommend this location as the manager has a piss poor attitude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. She looks miserable every time, but always has something to say .

And you know the crazy thing is you should see the reviews on yelp even recently on there she was so nasty towards...

we walked in at 8:40, 20 minutes until close thinking that we would be served as, typically, closing at 9 means closing at 9 not 20 minutes early. the woman inside proceeded to tell us as soon as we walked in that all she had left was wheat bread and was out of meatballs. my party of three conferred with each other and decided that we were okay with that. as we took a step toward the counter the woman said "and the wheat bread isn't looking too good either". whether this is true or not, it is often not a good thing for an employee to tell a consumer that the product isn't good while they are working. in addition it appears that the employee just did not want to do anymore work as they were closing in 20 minutes. though they were not yet closed they essentially refused service to us so that they did not...

One of the employees now working there came in in the middle of another employee trying to take my order and being very patient with me and the employee that came up was immediately very rude, yelling at me over the counter because I was trying to order off a list on my phone and the phone locked and it couldnt get it unlocked, she repeatedly asked what I wanted on the sandwich and it said I dont know in trying to pull the list back up on my phone, eventually she just kept yelling at me "THE TERYAKI SANDWHICH WHAT ON IT?" As I proceeded to say "I dont know" until I finally said screw this and walked out. Terrible display of rudeness from this employee, I would rather go to the most disgusting and broken down resturaunt and eat their mystery meat with cockroaches than ever...
