We did not get food two hours after ordering at 5:30. Went up there 2 hours later after trying to call them approximately 30 times in an hour.. busy signal every time..and they had to make our food for us fresh because they couldn’t get a hold of the delivery driver. The phone is always busy so you can’t talk to anybody including a manager. When my husband went up there to finally get our food, it took another 30 mins. He was told by the “manager” Tina that she would call us in a bit to give us credit. No call. I called and was told Tina was not there, we just left after my husband spoke with Tina at the store. They were persistent that I couldn’t talk to manager. After a few exchanged words, the girl hung up on me. I went up there and asked the girl that was in the empty store if she was the one I spoke with. She said yes. I asked why she hung up one me? She said “ you told me you would get a gun and bring it in here”. I said are you kidding me? She said “ no, you told me you bring gun here”. After I told her I was recording her, she desperately looked for my ticket and told me my husband picked food up hours ago. I had the receipt, literally picked food up 25 mins ago. Read moreNormally have decent enough service, however, this occasion will be the last. Placed an order online just before 630, over an hour passes and no delivery, no call. I call only to be told they don't see the order but will check and call back. Call again an hour later to cancel the order bc I never received a call confirming or denying receipt of online order, and then get told it's on the way and my cards been charged. I explained it's been well over 2 hours, never got a call back, and I'm not even at the place I ordered from anymore. She then got very loud yelling there's only two people working, the delivery expectation is 2 hours, and she can't call everyone back who's got issues. Don't know too many people who want to wait that long for delivery, and know where on my order does it say expected delivery time of 2 hours, and I would have happily driven to pick it up if I had received a call back. If delivery is too much of a bind for the business then let the people know it's not currently an option, saving all parties involved time, money, and energy. I understand the frustration but not my problem, especially when you say you're going to do something. If online ordering is causing too many issues then rethink having that as an option. Read moreI've been waiting on my order for a while now.. I ordered at 6:45pm and it is now almost 9PM when they close. I've tried calling at 7:30pm and many times after that and no one will pick up the phone. I've been eating at this place since I was a little girl. Sadly I will not be ordering from them again after this. They better not charge me for food I never ever got.. I am so very disappointed and mad because now I have to figure out something for me and my kids to eat. Update: I went to get me and my kids something else to eat and as I was driving home I heard my phone go off I'd been charged for food I hadn't gotten. So I drove down there saw their lights and open sign was still on it is now 9:30pm I went inside and saw a woman waiting on her food. A woman came to the window and said can I help you I told her the problem she said yes it's right here. I said I dont understand why it was never delivered to my house she couldnt really give me an answer she did refund the delivery fee and the tip.it would have been nice if they would have called me and said hey can you pick this up.
