DO NOT stop here, hit the next one if you must but it’s been nothing but a poor experience the last 2 years I’ve come and this one just broke the camels back. Put in my order at stall #9 30 minutes ago. Wait 15 minutes with no prompt to pay after clarifying I wanted to place an order. It was never given to the kitchen, after clarifying again that I put in my order already she blamed the kitchen for not taking the order but since I was never prompted to pay it was likely input incorrectly, fast forwarding to finally getting to pay, the kids had each earned $5 gift cards from their classes and when trying to pay the machine accepted the first, and took all of the other cards as payment but 0’d them out. The manager came out and reran them as $0 and charged my card the full amount and aggressively informed me my card was charged the full amount. Unbelievably incompetent staff and the last time I’ll allow myself to be disserviced at this location. Avoid it at all costs
Update: Corporate was contacted and a promise to call back with the resolution was made for no more than a week. It’s been several weeks since, sonic stole money from my children’s gift cards when trying to redeem multiples for all of their meals. Unbelievably lack of service and unqualified management personnel mishandling customers charges. This sonic doesn’t deserve your patronage, and we will be avoid all others...
Read moreNot over friendly yet did the job! The drive thru employee that helped me was to the point, did welcome me to the establishment but did not thank me for visiting after completing my order. I had a medium sonic blast in the flavor of butterfinger. The ice cream was thin and barely stayed on the spoon while trying to eat it. There was very little butterfinger sprinkled on top for my liking, it may have been the appropriate amount per sonic serving, yet it was not blended throughout the cup. The lighting at the establishment was lacking for a nighttime visit. Not sure if lights were turned off or bulbs were burnt out but there were plenty of shadows and dark areas as traversed the drive thru track. 2 employees were outside taking a quick break, one in the front as I entered the drive thru and another out the back door as I sat at the order window. Neither spoke to me but had the opportunity. The concrete was rough and disintegrating along the drive thru and parking area. I pulled over and sat in the parking lot to eat this treat and as I looked around with my cup of disappointment it all seemed dismal. All of this is subjective but google asked my opinion! 😎 Maybe your visit will be better and I would probably visit again because of location and ease of getting into the parking lot...
Read moreUpdate 4/11/21 Was in Blue Springs so decided to stope by and get something and to.my shock cars were circlingthe lot.. the drive thru was barricaded off! Finally got a stall and ordered girl who brought out my order by "R" was less then friendly and when I asked if the drive thru was down she said and I quote "that's another story" then turned her back on me and walked off. So rude! I understand if she couldn't talk about it and was getting asked alot, but she didn'tneed to be so rude will avoid this location whenever possible. Also never recieved my receipt because of her walking off. Rt. 44 drinks are outrageous in price. They raise prices 2 TIMES a year. Totally a rip off! Other fast food do not do this this 2 TIMES EVERY YEAR! Drinks are watered down so basically the cherry vanilla cokes have Zero FLAVOR! They used to be wonderful and just in the last year have went downhill and I have been to other Sonics and its the same way. I am sorry but if your going to charge $4 then I expect it to a least have taste.
