Side Pockets — Restaurant in Blue Springs

Went to shoot pool 12-14-2024. Took the table right behind the counter all the waitresses used because I figured we would be seen and served. Out of every single waitress that night, 6 of them were there literally, not a single one of them spoke and checked on us even though we were only 3 feet away from them and made eye contact with every single one of them. So, I decided to go to the bar after 30mins because the last time i went up to a waitress there and asked for help, they caused a scene that i approached them and gave such attitude. We were then kicked off of our table by a waitress because it was reserved even though we were on that table for 1hr and nothing was said to us. Instead of helping us find a new table, we move to a different table that hadn't been in use the entire time to get kicked off because it was reserved. Moved to a new table, luckily it wasn't reserved at this point one of the waitresses had finally talked to us but it was only to kick us off the table and we were never checked on the entire time we were there 3hrs. It's apparent the waitresses have favorites because I see them talking to the same people the entire night and checking on them while everyone else is a second thought. Will only be going to the bar for now on after...

This is the worst review I have ever written to date. While the bar tender this evening was friendly and perfectly attentive, the wait staff here is almost infuriating due the their deliberate inattention. I'm not sure if it's because one member of the party was the only minority in the building, or if they are just not a fan of a couple of gays being in their establishment, but we have been here playing pool for over an hour and a half, not one time has a "server" addressed our presence in the establishment. One has conversed on the needs of the party immediately adjacent to us, I'm still thirsty. One has walked within inches of us over five times, one of which she even made eye-contact, still thirsty. I've even heard her have so much time to talk with another patron that I now know the size of clothing she wears. No less, we have had to walk to the bar for the only drinks we got, and sure TF haven't been offered any food. The two stars are literally because of the bar tender. I hope the other two get fired, tbh. Worst service I have ever experienced, and it disgusts me to leave this...

Only because I couldn't give it zero stars.. If you are looking for good service or service at all GO ELSE WHERE ! 2 hours here tonight and not 1 waitress came to offer drinks or anything of the nature.. this was our 3rd time here this week. Had amazing service the 1st night.. Came back the 2nd night but unfortunately that waitress was not working and we had another waitress that carded me when I ordered a WATER but had a little girl no older than 4 yrs old with her while she was taking orders all over the bar, mind you this was 11 o'clock at night!! Card me for a WATER? But allow a toddler to run around the bar?? Both unprofessional and bad parenting on someone's part... tonight was the 3rd night .. 2 hours playing pool and never met a waitress. Would not have even known there were any working and to top it off a rude bartender when we finally walked up to order our own drinks... We drive 35 miles to come here. Really sucks this is the closest place to me to shoot pool in a smoke free...
