I don't think I will be able to give this location another try.
I waited over 8 months to try to go back due to the frustration 8 months ago (see review below) this time I get to the speaker to order, no cars in the drive through no cars in the parking lot. I think its going to be easy get my "HOT-N-READY" Pizzas and feed my babies... man was I sadly mistaken. (should have paid the arm and leg for FUNHOUSE across the street) the girl at the speaker said to go ahead and order, so I did. she then tells me to hold on. she left the speaker on while frantically yelling where is it where is it, over and over.... then she came back and said sorry can you repeat your order. so I asked again for (1) thin crust pepperoni, and (1) classic pepperoni (2) orders of crazy bread and (2) 2 liters. ok... simple enough. I get to the window to pay and she asked me to pull to the front because she will have to bring my pizza out to me. instantly I think strange?????, no-one is here, why am I waiting for this "HOT-N-READY" pizza?????? no big deal I can wait a few minutes.....
well a few minutes turned into a half an hour. 5 other cars had pulled up ordered and got their food and left. at this point I go inside to ask where my pizza is? she picked up one of my pizzas from a table behind her (not in a warmer) and said I have one of the pizzas do you want it now? I said NO!!! please keep it warm until the other one comes out?
I'm still confused as to why I had to wait this long, and why my pizza was only just now being cooked 30 minutes later and another pizza sitting on the counter for 30 minutes while the other is made?????????? is it not advertised as "HOT-N-READY" one pizza was soggy and cold the crazy bread was cold, the this crust was good and hot but it didn't help when the other pizza felt like it was sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting.
Yes you read that right.... That's $1.66 each per "stuffed crazy bread piece" an order .... wow!!!! Are you serious????
After calling the store to ask why there was such a difference?
He then proceeded to tell me to "SHUT UP" and then hung up the phone.
Dude really??? I've got a family to provide for and you're going to tell me to "shut up" and then hang up on a paying/already paid customer?????
I am an over worked mother of 3 man!!!!!
Are you serious right now???? In the midst of all the chaos in the damn world??? Are you serious? The absolute worst customer service!!!!
Sincerely, A used to be frequent shopper / Mother of three / An already stressed the eff out human in this effed up world!!!!!
P.s. yes I spelled effed instead if THE "WORD" you were looking for.... Like I said I'm an already stressed out mother of 3.... I could have bought a meal for my infant child with the "extra charge"
Wow....
P.s.s.
If anything you could have said thank you for noticing the difference. I will have to contact our marketing / corporate / franchise. / Owner in freaking general to make the necessary changes.
A " thank you for bringing this mistake to our attention" is always better for customer service for any company than a "shut up" and then hanging up. Especially for an already stressed out mom in this...
Read moreOkay Little Caesars Pizza first of all is inexpensive and cheap pizza. Not the best but fine for a kids birthday party. I ordered some breadsticks and a couple pizza online. I responded to the store about 36 minutes later as it said it would be ready. When I walked in there were five other customers standing there. I only saw two employees but there could be more one of them was partially in the kitchen area and so I didn't bother her. The other employee was walking around and getting boxes etc. I assumed he was the front staff. I started asking around to the rest of the customers some of them were waiting, one had never even ordered yet and another man needed the same thing I did to see if his pizza was ready for pickup. I yelled out and stated some customers needed to see if their pizzas were ready and one needed to order their Pizza. The employee that was partially in the kitchen stated what do you need and I told her that I was just wanting to see if my pizza is ready for pickup she asked me for my name I told her and she said yeah you're in progress. Then the gentleman asked if his pizza was ready to be picked up he gave his name she stayed the same thing to him you're in progress your names in the board. Another lady who had just came in the store asked of her pizza was ready for pickup the gal said again You're in process your names on the board will this lady asked the question that I was getting ready to ask but I wanted not to be rude and let the rest of the customers get their answers she stated what does that mean how long will my pizza be she said I don't have a problem if it's going to be a while I'll leave and come back. That's when the employee said basically I don't know and it could be an hour. This point I was probably already 45 minutes after I ordered my pizza at least. There was no way I was going to wait another hour for crappy Little Caesars Pizza. This will be the only time and the last time that I ever go to Little Caesars. I requested my order to be canceled and I ordered from Domino's. I had my pizza 13 minutes after I left...
Read moreLast night I came to your store to purchase 1 pepperoni deep dish, 1 Italian cheese bread and 1 sauce through the drive thru. I was told that they didn't have the "product" to complete my order. I was told I need to purchase 2 orders of Italian cheese bread if I wanted it. The reasoning behind this was they only had larger boxes not the small boxes that they usually come in so he refused to only sell me one order. I asked several times because I wanted to make sure I was understanding him correctly. I said can I just pay extra for the box and he said it would be better cost wise for me to purchase 2 orders of cheese bread. I asked if he could just put the 1 order in a bag like the crazy bread comes in and he refused this as well. I even asked if I ran home to get a box if he would complete my order and he once again refused. At that point I got out of the drive through to call my husband and he said to forget it and to go somewhere else. While I was out he called the store to speak to a manager and the gentleman that claimed to be the manager was the one who refused to accept my order. He told my husband that he would not sell 1 order if the larger boxes were all he had. We would have to buy 2. I wanted to bring this to the owners attention because your store lost a sell of $16.00 over a .50 cent box. A box I was willing to pay for at that and offered other alternatives. I was very upset and annoyed by the whole situation. We had planned on that dinner and then had to change plans and go out of the way to find somewhere to buy dinner. Very disappointed in how your store is being managed and how I...
