Terrible terrible terrible if you are the owner or franchisee of this business how you allow some of these people to work for you makes no sense because they're undermining your profitability at the end of the day went through the drive-thru some young black chick had no idea of what was on her own menu very rude very pushy never offered me sides that came with my meal had no experience and the worst attitude I think I've ever seen from someone working at KFC I don't know how you continue to get bad reviews and no one trying to change the outcome of the reviews I really wish that someone would really evaluate this KFC and some of the people that are working there because it's ridiculous if you don't want to work there go find a different job but when you treat customers rude and disrespectful I don't understand if you're an owner or a franchisee of this business why you would want to run a business like that the owner or whoever must be very disconnected from this business very disappointed and it it's even seems to me like even if there's a manager there they must be very disconnected hope somebody reads this review and takes it serious and decides to put their foot down with some of the stuff that goes on at this place if I could give this location as 0 Stars I would rated a 2.6 on Google and no one has even tried to make a change or address the concerns is mind-blowing to me how much money does it take a person to lose before they realize some of the people that their hiring obviously at this location are disconnected from what it takes to actually run a business and treat people decent shame on the owners or the franchisees that run this business bring back what was once good a good KFC!! That girl pissed me off so bad that I was getting ready to spend 60 plus dollars I just rolled up my window and drove off!! Read moreI've eaten here dozens of times over the last few years, usually buffet. Quite frankly the owner (or somebody in charge) has their head up their ass.
The buffet is always dry and nasty. There never is any chicken. I have to literally reach across the counter to get an employee to recognize my existence. I usually have conversations with the other people waiting about how high the employees seem. Corporate really needs to crack down on this place. I work in Kansas City and go to KFC sometimes for lunch and it is nothing like this. There is something jacked up about this particular location.
Food wise, it tastes like KFC. Like thousands of chickens being tortured on inhuman chicken farms. But I'll let you do your own research on that one.
We go here because my 8 year old likes chicken and the buffet is, hypothetically, fast and easy. The biscuits are good at least, when you can get an employee's attention to actually fork any over.
I saw an employee walk out of the back area and literally walk right over a customer that had their hands full. They made the customer have to stop and reel backwards to avoid falling. The employee was oblivious and just wanted to go sit in their car (parked right outside the door) and smoke.
Oh and last but not least, the fountain dispenser was out of multiple products. I guess nobody had...

Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!
Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!
Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.
This restaurant was so clean! I could tell that the employees are committed to their duties.
It has new management all around and you can tell that the staff cares and the past experiences are behind them.
This level of quality is unusual in this industry nowadays.
