First time ordering. When we called to place the order we were told minis weren't sold on weekends. Not an issue. Okay, so we then order the "prince" 2. Total came to 30.00! These are about the size a reading book club personal pan at pizza hut back in the day. Ridiculous prices for these over baked, tastless "pizzas" . If these are bigger than the minis, I'd hate to see what those look like. And cost. Not worth it. VITOS has better pizza, and one slice is bigger than their prince, and costs less. Edit to add: The Jalapenos were literally the only thing you could taste. And yes, the bottom was over cooked.

We ordered a King Pizza ($25.50) from Pizza Shoppe and used a coupon for a free Prince Pizza. When we got home, the King pizza was overdone. After contacting the restaurant, they offered to remake it, but by the time we would have waited, picked it up, and returned home, it would have been another 45–50 minutes. We requested a refund instead. The King Pizza was refunded, but the Prince Pizza was not. The owner mentioned she felt the pizza was only “slightly” overcooked. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality and the handling of the situation.

I was served moldy bread with my food yall.. .. I've seen it in other reviews and I experienced it as well. The owner scoffed at my lack of knowledge of food allergens etc. This after I told them I don't have a test to check if it 100% mold. Very rude lady. Very poor customer service and from the owner.

Pizza Shoppe has been and is one of my favorite pizzas for several years, but the service at this location on weekends is subpar.

They have issues in their kitchen with managing orders. Last night, saw about 4 guys in the kitchen making pizzas, but don't believe they're organized in the order they make them. People came in after us and we're getting their pizzas before we received ours, but we did get ours about 40 minutes after ordering. My pizza was fresh but my friend's had clearly been sitting for a while before being brought out. I told them they should say something but we had a commitment to get to so they brushed it off. They also had a coupon for buy a king size pizza get a queen for free. The coupon didn't mention some restaurants didn't honor this coupon. They were told this location will give a one topping prince pizza when ordering a king. They also charge over $1 for a small cup of extra Pink Stuff. That seemed a little petty when the salad was super light on the dressing in the first place.

Couple next to us finally left after waiting over an hour for their pizza to come out and being told 2x their pizzas were in the oven which they were not. Sadly, that was their first time there and said they will not be back. The restaurant looked to only have six tables filled but did have a party in the back. We should be told ahead of time if service/food is going to be behind/super slow.

I normally wouldn't post one experience but this wasn't the first time. Similar issues about six weeks ago when a couple buddies and I came in to order pizzas to go so we could take them somewhere for a small get together. Again, getting the pizzas was super slow over 45 minutes at 5:30p on a Friday evening. When the pizzas came out, mine were missing. We went on to wait another 30+ minutes for mine to come out. When my friends asked if they would get fresh pizzas since theirs were now cold, they were told no nor were they offered anything for the mess up. My friends will not go back as a result of that experience.

That's 3 couples they have lost as customers in just my last two times going. With the slow times to get a pizza, makes it difficult for me to justify going back other than they are good pizzas. Hopefully the service can get straightened out before more...

Tonight’s dining experience was incredibly disappointing. We ordered a jalapeño popper pizza, but it was so salty it was inedible. I took a couple of bites, thinking maybe it was just me, but my daughter agreed it was overwhelming. My husband didn't notice until I offered him a bite of my slice, but by then he had already finished his.

When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she took it to the owner. When she returned she told us the owner had tasted our pizza and it was fine. She claimed the recipe hadn't changed. She asked if we wanted another, but we didn't have time to wait.

The owner mentioned they switched bacon brands, but I could tell the crust was different also, and there was an excessive amount of black pepper that I didn’t remember from our previous visit. It felt wrong that they tasted our food and then served it back to us. We asked for a refund and the owner refused. She charged us full price! We are repeat customers and we ordered more than the pizza it’s not like we were trying to get a free meal. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. We ended up paying $50 for 3 sodas and 2 tiny salads because I would rather lose money than to eat that amount of salt! That should tell you right there if we were willing to leave it behind while even paying full price that it was garbage. Now from the other reviews I read we are not the only ones who have received poor customer service...

First off I'll start with I never leave reviews but thought I should after our experience tonight. After a long day in the heat my family and I thought we'd go out for something to eat and we loved Pizza Shoppe since before they even moved to the new location. Tonight I decided I probably won't be back after the long wait time to get our food when it wasn't even really busy there. We had ordered (2) of the Tuesday specials which is a large one topping pizza, 2 salads and cheese bread for 18.99 or so is "said". Also, a couple drinks with another pizza; no extra toppings or anything. Yet when I added it up with what was advertised we were being overcharged. Even our waitress agreed, so she took it to the shift leader or manager whatever she might call herself with a big hoop nose ring, which is unprofessional in food service in my opinion. I was still very kind to her being in food service once myself and she decided she would punch buttons on the calculator all angry like and tell me, "What do you want me to do about it call up the owners cause there's nothing I can about it!" (With an attitude) Extremely Rude. I was simply wanting to know why I was being OVERCHARGED because nothing added up properly and she knew it but didn't care. POOR SERVICE! Wow! Don't expect great customer service at this place cause they don't care. I'm extremely...
