The Big Biscuit — Restaurant in Blue Springs

So unfortunately, I do not have pictures. Let me tell you about this most amazing server I had while I was at the big biscuit in blue springs !! I went to the one in independence and did not have the same experience as I did at blue Springs so I have to share !! We started by walking and it was a very joyful atmosphere. Everybody was dressed up as Santa or else so it was very jolly around. ! Then we met our amazing server. Her name was Justice so pretty so kind she was waiting for us to be seated. She just welcome to fall in with warm open arms. Immediately give my kids hugs. They just felt right at home.! And then we got our menus and she stayed and got to know us Let us know her favorites and some other customers on the menu also convince me to try a coffee, but I told her that I like it really sweet and I’m a Dutch Bros girl and this woman knocked it out the park. It tasted like a Dutch Bros golden eagle !! The food was amazing. She convinced me to try a chorizo omelette, which I’m very picky about my chorizo because sometimes people don’t know how to cook it, but they did amazing. She even brought me a side of sour cream without me even having to ask, And the kids, she was so attentive to the kids make sure they really like their food made it perfectly the way they wanted my daughter is a very picky eater, and she absolutely demolished the hashbrowns. They were perfectly cooked.! Because I serve lunch and breakfast all day, my son got a cheeseburger and he loved the cheeseburger one of his favorites and wanted to go back For another by the end of the day ! Justice was a true gem in that restaurant. !! I swear wherever she goes, I will follow. I have never had a better experience with a server. I gave her more than 100% tip. I didn’t know what to do or how else to react to such outstanding service.!! 1,000/10 Definitely must go and definitely ask...

We have 2 favorite places for breakfast in Blue Springs and this is one of the. This time however we had issues. I came in and lobby was more than half full on waiting for a table. I was told it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait. People kept coming in and no one was getting seated even though lots of tables were clean and ready to be seated. 50 minutes later we got seated after other customers walked out due to the long wait during that whole time. We were told that they were not seating per the manager's request as they were backed up in the kitchen. The manager on duty was McKinnon. This is unacceptable. The holidays are soon upon us and they should have seated everyone so the could visit and get drinks instead of blocking the entrance. Please just tell your patrons when you seat them and that there will be a delay due to a back up in the kitchen. Patrons will understand but at least they could be seated and be having drinks and visit with one another. Elderly patrons that has no seats stopped waiting and left. Do not tell someone 10-15 minutes and then 50 minutes later get seated. Then to seat everyone waiting all at once is just going to back up the kitchen for the next group of patrons that come in. Your management needs to re-thimk on how they do the seating and etc. our waitress however was very attentive and the food came out quickly and was very good. The poor review is only for the management and not seating everyone and the incorrect times given on seating. Management and McKinnon, need to do a better job but the wait staff is great and...

The worst breakfast experience we have ever endured. We were seated after a 10 minute wait which was no big deal. They had only one person cleaning tables which he couldn't keep up. Place was busy as usual for a Sunday morning. We were waiting for our server for 10 minutes before he showed up. We ordered a hot chocolate, and a cup of coffee. Ordered our breakfast and that's all we saw of our server for the next 35 minutes. He was always at the register doing something but never bringing food. We had to stop him and ask where our food was. He said it shouldn't be much longer and disappeared again. We watched families sit down 20 minutes after us order, eat, and then leave and we never got our meal. We will never go back to the Big Biscuit in Blue Springs. I watched several servers taking the wrong food to the wrong tables. Some tables were eating while a member was still waiting for their food to show up. The food should be cooked up depending on when it was ordered. No one should have to sit and watch others come in much later and eat and leave before we get our food. The Big Biscuit doesn't appear well ran, and can't handle the Sunday crowds. We won't be back. We had to get up and walk out, after never seeing a plate of food come...
