Updating my review from 5 stars to 1 after going inside. The staff here are super competent, professional, and kind. If you are using the drive through, this is one of the best mcdonalds I have been to. But, Having worked in different food places before, I know the people who own it are awful people from their choice in decoration. No loitering signs are everywhere, signs about bathroom use in front of the bathrooms, etc. I despise hostile architecture. I don't like feeling like I'm an intruder in a place where I spent money, and that if my kid eats a little too slow, like small children do, or if he takes too long in the bathroom, despite buying food we would no longer be welcome.
And that is the purpose of those signs, to make people feel unwelcome and make them leave. They're there so that they can kick out teenagers from a safe, public space where they can't get into trouble. They're there to make poor people who use the busses feel like it's not a safe place to stay to charge their phone. Those signs make people in abusive relationships less safe because third places like McDonalds, libraries, and parks are the safest places to be when you home isn't safe. Not to mention, signs like that actually even decrease profits in order for the owners to be petty. I used to got to a board game night over in Jack's Tavern. The rule was you had to buy stuff in order to join the game night to support the establishment. There would be tons of people there for around 2 or 3 hours, and the entire time people would be ordering food and drinks. With the amount of people that came, they probably made thousands every board game night, plus we all tipped super great as a thank you. Like if you want to run your business being hostile to customers I guess it's fine, but it's a shame this is such a good Mcdonalds is genuinely hostile to people on the managerial side.

It is a McDonalds, it does a good job at being a McDonalds, but be warned it isn't open 24 hours like it says in...
Read moreSandwiches were assembled poorly, the meat, cheese and bun were very "off-set" stacked, had to tear everything apart to straighten it up to at least get it to fit in my mouth, kinda hard when it's stuck by COLD melted cheese. Fries were old and over cooked. Chocolate shake was almost half whipped cream. Asked for ketchup for 2 orders of fries and received 2 packets in the bag....c'mon, if you guys can't take some pride in your work or at least DO your job properly then leave. I'd rather see a lazy or careless person gone and wait longer for a quality product. You have to do more than show up to work, you have to at least make an effort. Look, I know it's not a glamorous job, but how you operate at your current job will define who you are later in life. It's more than just a paycheck. These younger folk really need some life lessons. Look, 99% of the time I can overlook one or two issues, it happens, no big deal, but my entire order really just... sucked. To the staff at the restaurant who ARE trying, thank you! However, I WILL NOT be returning to this location again. Note: to whom it may concern: This was store # 11613 at 1515 Woods Chapel Rd., I visited drive-thru on 10/02/2021 @ 3:49 pm....

I told her but I did matter of fact I was even was given a larger one than I order but gave it back to the girl bc it was at Diet Coke. Yes but that was a mistake. She told me 3 times I needed to drive around the building and reorder the Coke. By Now there are 10 cars behind me and I have to pick up granddaughter at bus stop. I was not happy I finally told her here I will give you your fries back that I didn’t ask for and you can give me the Coke I did ask for. I should not have to go around and be late or go without because a silly little error on their part. She took the fries and walked away with a look on her face. The girl came back and gave me my drink. All for one small drink. I apologized to the young girl but the...
