Be careful with this particular Pizza Hut. And make sure you check your bank statement. Because I was charged twice. Not only was I charged twice I got to the store and I told the person behind the counter that that can't be my order as the price for it is too cheap. I paid online. I get home and as I figured not all my food was there. Even though I tried to explain to the associate she was wrong she said I needed to stop because I'm confusing her. So of course I call the store explain to them the situation they tell me I need to drive back to the store to get the rest of my order. And I told him that's going to happen they offered a store credit I told him I didn't want to store credit I wanted my food. So they said they were going to refund the money for my entire order. I woke up this morning to see I was charged two different times for two different amounts and I got one credit. And this really isn't even about money the facts of the matter for me is I told the associate that it wasn't right and charged with me and basically an employee told me to shut up because I was confusing her. I wasn't fighting because my order was too cheap I was trying to explain that that charge isn't correct and something isn't right. I was extremely tired I had gotten off work and I didn't feel like going back up there. I normally don't post negative comments on businesses online. However when I woke up this morning and see my bank account and then seeing I had a survey and then they sent me here I just want to warn everybody South 7 Blue Springs Pizza Hut there's running scams they don't know what they're doing and they're how did I get charged twice for two different amounts. Read moreI once loved this place. Not anymore. I have ordered Pizza from them so many times. The past year the pizzas haven't been as good. Wrong orders. Poor quality taste. Definitely poor service. They change employees a lot. Definitely something has changed. I live 5 min from the South location and normally I will pick up my pizza. I just don't go there anymore. I rather order from a different pizza hut and go out of my way extra miles then order from the South Hwy 7 blue springs. Matter if fact I went to the North location last week and I wasn't impressed there either. So I will just order from overland Park after I leave work and carry it home to Blue Springs.
