I was passing through &I looked up on my phone Mexican restaurants in Blue Springs Missouri&I saw this place on google &read the reviews.I was impressed with the reviews, &I was also impressed with the star rating &the reviews.I figured I would give this place a try &I ordered three enchiladas combo with ground beef.I sub the beans for more rice &the food came out hot &fresh in about 5 mins after I placed my order.Manuel was my server &he gave me outstanding service &he gave me a million star service &I couldn't have ask for better service.I will be back in the future &this will be my go to place when I pass through again in the future.I will stop here &eat here every time I pass through Blue Springs Missouri.My server Manuel was friendly,hospitable, courteous,professional, nice,had a positive attitude, smiled,is genuinely a nice guy&he is very caring&he is very helpful,hardworking,he cares about his guests &he cares about their experience.If you live in town or if you live near by or if you're just passing through &you want Mexican food to eat come here &ask for Manuel as your server &he will take good care of you all &he will give you all a million star service! I have eaten at the Hwy 7 location and the Hwy 40 location. Both experiences were great, though the details of this review pertain specifically to the Hwy 7 location.

The waitstaff is very friendly and courteous. I ordered quesadillas for my son. While I didn’t see it as an option on the menu, our waiter offered to substitute his rice and beans with French fries. This was great since my son loves fries and they are easy for him to eat. Also, they served him first! I was so happy about that, because he’s two years old. I feel like I did my part to teach my son about appropriate restaurant behavior and to keep him occupied. And they went above and beyond to do whatever they could on their part to help keep him content. We all know how unpredictable toddlers can be! (Our meals came out immediately after our son was served).

The food was great. The complimentary chips tasted as though they were just made (we don’t know if they truly were). I had beef fajitas without onions, my husband, had a Combo #5 (tamale, enchilada, & taco).

Our waiter never let our drinks get to under half empty. He was constantly coming by to clear plates as needed, and checking on us while he picked them up - but he never seemed intrusive or interrupted conversation.

This authentic restaurant is truly family friendly, and will be our first choice when we get a craving for...

My son and I went to the restaurant in Blue Springs on Sept 4, 2021. I sent my order back because there was a hair on my enchilada. I told the waiter that I would like a new order to go. Later in the evening I went to heat my food and noticed that the enchilada that I originally sent back was once again on my plate minus the hair, plus cheese!! I called the next morning and spoke to the manager and said I wanted a new order. After arguing with me, he told me my food would be ready for pick up in 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant, spoke to the manager again, and I was as polite as I could be under the circumstances. I thanked him for my food and left. When I got home I prayed over my food and began eating. As I got ready to eat the rice, I noticed a black spot which I thought was a piece of burnt rice, but given my recent experience, I thought I should look further....it was a SMALL DEAD BUG!!!!!🤬 Ladies and gentlemen, the power of prayer!
