Bad experience all around. They were not busy when we were there but it took forever to order and then get our order. We had finished eating before my parents ever got their food which were burgers. After we ordered a kids meal chicken tenders they later came to us and told us they were out of chicken tenders so we changed to a burger which was $3.00 cheaper. They never told us we would get a refund so we eventually asked. Apparently they couldn't do a refund for some reason so we got a cinnamon roll in place of the refund. We wasted an hour between ordering, waiting for our order, eating, waiting on other orders, waiting on them to eat, one order was wrong, had to change an order and discuss the refund. i went through the drive-through, and got a cheeseburger and curly fries. The lady at the window told me to pull around the front, and she would bring my food out to me. So, i pulled around, and waited for 15 minutes. i walked inside and the manager asked me what i was waiting on, and i told her that i had been in the drive through, and been waiting for 15 minutes. There were 4 people working, and they all kept arguing with each other over what order was what, and switching things in and out of bags because they were all 4 confused. There were about 8 people waiting on their food inside as well. it turns out that they hadn't even started my order after taking it 25 minutes prior at this point. so i just got back in my car and left. took the loss on that one. its a shame. i liked...

The overnight manager is really rude and yells at everyone saying that they don't work fast enough, and mostly towards a certain someone who works there, the fridge has mold in it, and they don't make their food with gloves, they also drop food on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the burger, then serves it to the customers, I feel sorry for the customer that their cheese or patty fell on the ground that the manager picked up to finish making the burger and do that, it's pathetic how these fast food places are and how the management is, its very toxic and she needs to get fired, cross contamination, and dirt, hair and other things on...
