Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Blytheville

Negative stars should be a better option for this place. Ordered delivery, when the driver got to me he informed me that they where out of the cookie dough brownie, I said ok. Checked my bank account and was charged the full amount (not pending)and no refund. Tried to call but it rings once and hangs up. Went to the location and the woman called someone and then gave me $4 cash. First of all the cost of the brownie was $4.89 and on top of that I had to pay all the taxes that went into that as well that I did not get back. I do not understand the business practices this place does as to any other business would have refunded me with the proper dollar amount, including all taxes. I went inside and ordered a pizza and the girl said it will take 10 to 15 minutes she gets the pizza from the kitchen and came around and dropped it on the floor then wouldn't even come up to tell me what happened one of the boys from the kitchen part had to come around and tell me what happened he told me it will be 10 minutes to make a new one I was nice about it and said ok I came back in 10 minutes later they gave the same girl the pizza to hand me and she came around to the counter with it and literally threw it on the counter and didn't say a word and went back to the kitchen I get it home to eat it with my wife we ate a piece and I noticed it was the same pizza that the girl dropped I will never go there again and yes they were laughing about it when...

We love Little Caesars, (or used to), it was around 6 pm, we ordered 2 of the specials that were hanging on the wall of the store. We were told those aren't available anymore. (So, take them down then). Settled for whatever pizza was in the warmer; took back to our hotel. It was cold and nasty. We had traveled, (drove) 14 hours this day. We typically stop in Blytheville on our way to Alabama. We won't ever stop here again. When my husband asked for a receipt, the worker copped an even worse attitude.
