This place was a joke. Down in Blytheville so my kids can say goodbye to their biological dad and we decide to eat here because there aren't a lot of sit down places we seen. There were 6 of us. 4 in a family and 2 adults by themselves. But instead of telling us there would be automatic gratuity simply for being sat at the same table (we never asked for that to happen) they just do it. So unbeknownst to us we were all being charged an additional 18% on our meals. I understand automatic gratuity on large tables but 6? And especially 6 that aren't all the same actual table? So we are in the restaurant when it's relatively empty, we order our food and it takes I'd say likely 20 minutes before the waitress even comes back by to say she'll check on the food. About 5 minutes after that she returns with our food. She comes out with 2 orders of stacks of pancakes and ZERO syrup, she forgets a sauce entirely on another plate, and extra ranch on another and doesn't even have us silverware. We have to ask for silverware and syrup and the sauce and she brings back plastic ware and asks is this good enough or do you want the silver cause I can get that for you. Despite one person at the table eating 2 porkchops with plasticware now lol. Then never comes back by for refills or anything. She spend time at the register with I'm assuming her friend that works the register and on her phone talking to someone. We have to call her over to get the check and she says ok but doesn't bring it. She says the register lady has it and can separate it for us. When I go to pay for our meal of 4 which consists of 2 cheeseburger meals $13 each a stack of pancakes $9 and a kids meal stack of pancakes along with 2 waters and a dr pepper and the total is $65 that is absolutely insane. They tell us about automatic gratuity and I voice my displeasure because the waitress was terrible by any measuring standards, she was bad even by McDonald's standards and this explains why, she didn't have to be good at her job when she's automatically being rewarded. Not to mention that but she was automatically tipped 18% on all 3 tickets which made her total tip over $20 without doing a single thing waitresses do. She got to talk to her friends on her personal cell phone for her pay plus guaranteed $20 in tips. Such an asinine policy.
My recommendation is to eat literally anywhere else in Blytheville, ANYWHERE, I don't care if you're starving and might die in 3 miles, drive the extra 2.75 miles to the next restaurant or...
Read moreWe just had dinner there as we passed through on our travels. It was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a server. We were served rotten avocados, like pure mush. When she came to the table we pointed it out politely. She said “I don’t eat avocados so idk what they’re supposed to look like…” shrugged her shoulders and walked off. No attempt to apologize or offer to replace or remove them from the bill. My daughter was served gross jelly looking eggs with some slime looking stuff on top. She didn’t touch almost her entire plate. Most decent servers would notice and ask if everything was ok or try to get the issue fixed. We aren’t picky eaters but no one wants rotten food. She never came back to check on us. She disappeared into the back for an extended amount of time. We waited and waited for the bill. She came out looked at us and went and helped another customer. She made eye contact with me and my husband who were giving her the hey we need you look. She walked past us to go stand directly next to our table and roll silverware. My husband thought she was just doing something at the station and then would be over to help us but after a few minutes he got up and asked her where he could get the bill from. She then proceeded to get it and brought it back with the avocado still on there even after I asked to have it removed. I had to go through two different folks at the front before it was taken care of. The only person who was pleasant and had good customer service was the young lady who was pregnant and checked us out. On top of the poor service the entire place has ledges coated in thick dust that is severely overdue for a cleaning. Lastly, the cook staff had loud rap music playing that was drowning out the music on the surround system. Too many kids and no supervision. I watched at some points while waiting for our server and quite literally there wasn’t a single staff member on the floor. The entire staff was in the kitchen and they sounded like they were having a...
Read moreStopped here for a meal before our way back to Chicago. Not the server or cooks fault but there was only 1 cook working and a table of 6 guests was before us so we were told there would be about an hours wait for our food. We were not told this when we entered or sat down. We asked when we noticed some time had passed and nothing was coming out of the kitchen and the other table had not received their food yet. Don’t apologize. BE proactive. When we entered this location, our nostrils were assaulted by the musty stench of of the dining interior. The table we sat at was sticky. We ended up paying for our drinks and leaving. Time is of essence when travelling and it seems this restaurant does not prioritise customers otherwise this issue would have been addressed already. How do you only have 1 cook on duty? How are you even in operation with the dowdy interior, musty smell and sticky menus? Never again.

Dear Management,
Thank you for your automated response that you have also used on the other reviewers.
Please implement a plan to revamp this restaurant, hire, train and retain staff. Freshen up the dining area by steam cleaning the carpet, eliminating the musty dowdy smell. Clean the tables properly with cleaners that remove sticky residue. Make this place somewhere where people actually want to sit down and dine. 1 hr wait for food when there are just a few tables with 1 cook is unacceptable. It is poor customer service. I won't...
