Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Blytheville

Came in about 1 pm. Waited several minutes for someone to respond. Finally a cashier shows and takes my payment. I am one of only two guest in the place. All but 3 tables are loaded with dirty plates and food. I get my food from the buffet table and sit. Still no server. I finally get up and get my own beverage and 10minutes later the server finally shows and scolds me like a child for getting my own drink. There was no fresh food, all was either empty or cold and hard. Never offered a drink refill. After 20 minutes a young mother with three small children came in. Her kids were in my booth, under my table, taking food off my plate, climbing over the top of tables, hands in all the buffet items, and the 3 or so year old Lil girl was stand on the table and had salt and pepper shakers in her mouth. I walked up and asked one of the staff to say something and was told that because the family was black that it would be considered rude and racist if they said anything. They finally told the mother the small children under 9 that they could not be at the buffet alone because it was hot and they could be hurt. The mother laughed and said nothing to the kids. I left with no tip and told the cashier as I did that they should be ashamed of running a business like this.....reaction? Only a laugh and a smirk. If you could rate this place a 0, it would be too high. Hope the management...

We arrived at 5:45p.m. today to eat pizza. First the waitress was very rude saying we are not cooking anymore pizzas for the buffet. Their was only 3 half pizzas left on the bar. She said it's $10.95 per person to eat the buffet. Well that's not worth paying for 6 people to eat off the buffet. She said we could order pizza if we paid first and she would tell us how much the pizza would cost. They have no menus to chioose from. So how are we supposed to know what kind of toppings to put in our pizza if she wasn't going to to tell us what kind if toppings they offer until after we pay. Then she said we close at 7:00 so you need to hurry up and order. So needless to say we left and will never spend another dime in this hell if a...

Worse customer service! Very rude, disrespectful and racist. I ordered a salad and pizza and some drinks and when my husband eat from my salad the rudest waitress, came to our table and with a very disrespectful manner told us that he can’t eat from my salad. I explained to her that I didn’t get a buffet and that I only got the salad and I can share with my husband if I wanted to. But she insisted and when I I asked for her manger he manger was as rude and disrespectful. The police were called and they refused to give us our money back even when they never gave us the pizza we ordered. Very nasty place. The minute we walked in I felt the way they stared at us and took our order was very disrespectful....
