Dear Management Team,

I am writing to express my profound appreciation and admiration for the exceptional experience provided by Raising Cane's Restaurant under your stewardship. It is clear that the success of this establishment is not by chance but the result of meticulous attention to detail, dedication to quality, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Upon every visit to Raising Cane's, I am consistently impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the environment. It is evident that a great deal of effort is invested in maintaining a spotless and welcoming atmosphere, which significantly enhances the overall dining experience. This dedication to cleanliness is commendable and sets a high standard for the industry, ensuring that guests can dine with peace of mind.

The service at Raising Cane's is exemplary. The staff members are not only proficient in their roles but also genuinely friendly and attentive. They exhibit a remarkable level of professionalism and warmth, making each visit memorable. Their prompt and courteous service, combined with their eagerness to go above and beyond, truly makes a difference. It is this level of care and attention that elevates the dining experience and fosters a loyal customer base.

Furthermore, the culinary offerings at Raising Cane's are nothing short of outstanding. The focus on a simple yet perfectly executed menu showcases the quality of the ingredients and the culinary skill involved in preparing each dish. The chicken fingers, in particular, are a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence, delivering a perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness that is unparalleled. The complementary sides and signature Cane's sauce round out the meal, creating a delightful symphony of flavors.

At the core of this exceptional operation is your leadership. The remarkable standards of cleanliness, service, and food quality are a direct reflection of your dedication and managerial acumen. Your ability to inspire your team and maintain such high standards across the board is truly admirable. It is clear that you have cultivated an environment that not only values excellence but also prioritizes the satisfaction and well-being of every guest.

Omg...don't eat here. Ever. We went there a couple of weeks ago, and waited in line forever. Staff was abrupt and/or rude. We got two orders of chicken tenders/strips, and to say they were undercooked is a HUGE understatement. The chicken was slimy and completely inedible. I worked in the food service industry all through college, and I can assure you that customers who ate that meat were at high risk for foodborne illness. The indoor area was closed, so we sat in line for another 30 minutes just to return this uncooked mess. The car in front of me returned a whole bag of food as well. When we finally got to the window, the employee did not apologize, offer to refund our money, or anything. She grabbed the bag said 'ok', closed the window, and returned moments later with a bag she pushed out the window, again without a word. We were afraid to eat the food at that point, but discovered that the chicken, while fried slightly longer this time, was STILL rubbery and not cooked thoroughly. I ate at RC once before and it was a better experience, but it's hard to see how this business stays open with the world's worst service...and hello...undercooked chicken can make ppl very, very ill. Yes, I know most fast food establishments are staffed by younger people who might make the occasional rookie mistake. I'm very forgiving about human error...things happen. However, having to spend an hour being treated terribly, and twice being served salmonella-in-a-box is unfreaking forgivable. That's what timers on fryers and management are for; there is literally no excuse in the...

I have been to this restaurant twice, and both times were wonderful experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is cooked perfectly. I have never had cold food, the chicken is very obviously hand breaded and always tender, and the toast is of the best I've had. The first time I was here, I was served by a woman, and she was beyond helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped me to decide what to order. I had gone in today with my boyfriend, who is a diabetic and was falling low. He stumbled in and rested against the bar stools close to the front and explained to the man there to take our order that he was falling low, and that he would be alright, and just needed to get something to eat. Andrew, the man taking our order was very understanding and was even pretty cool about and kind of joked with us. After we ordered, he handed us our cups and told him that he could get as much liquid sugar he wanted to raise his sugar levels and that he would bring the food out to us so we wouldn't have to worry about it. I am very impressed, again, with the...

First time trying Raising Canes. Lives up to the hype for sure. #RaisingCanes

We already loved Raising Canes from our time living in Texas and this one did not disappoint. We went the first Saturday after opening and though the line was huge they made sure to keep it moving very quickly. The employees were all very friendly and seemed to be having fun at work. The food was excellent the chicken is juicy and real, the canes sauce is everything, and the fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw are nice additions. The unsweet tea and sweet tea are both also outstanding. The interior was clean and nice. I would recommend shorter people to eat at tables instead of booths because the table was very tall relative to the seat. We didn't mind, and the seat was very comfortable, but someone much shorter than 5'5" might. Overall I definitely recommend going for the food alone. But the staff and the ambience are also 5 stars.

First I want to say I brought my little boy here for his 10th birthday. We came to Ohio look at a classic car ended up here for lunch. This place is so packed there is a line going out the door I'm not exaggerating. The food is HORRIBLE... The chicken was nothing but grease leaking grease You couldn't even taste the chicken even with hot sauce added, completely DISGUSTING... The coleslaw was not bad and the fries were not bad. The Dr pepper from the fountain concession was completely watered down and tasted deplorable. I would not recommend this place
