I recently visited this location at the Boca Town Center Mall food court with my son. He’s quite shy and normally doesn’t speak much to employees at the places we go when out & about. Zayquan came over as we approached the ice cream counter and asked if we’d like to sample any flavors after warmly greeting us. He was so patient and happy to help, and my little boy was all smiles. I just ordered a pretty big order for my group. The order came out great, but that's not the reason Im giving them 5 stars. The line got a little unorganized and a bit confusing, so two ladies were over looked in line. The ladies were furious. One walked off and the other went off. One customer asked her to calm down and she replied vulgarly. The baristas stayed calm and they let her know they didn't know she was next. She replied with more profanity. They apologized.
