Brooklyn Water Bagel — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I normally go to the location in west Boca, I happen to be by the other location on N.Federal and actually took my guests to go there because of how much I love it.....Well I guess I only loved the other location. Pure trash, the food and especially the staff. I literally order the same thing every time I have ever went. My food came out and the cheese was not even slightly melted, literally just cold cheese. No big deal, so I thought! When I asked them to melt it, the whole staff even the people in the back came to the counter and started to berate me. Telling me I didn't ask for it to be melted and thats how they do it there and they never melt cheese on a HOT EGG SANDWICH! Then the older lady started arguing with me. I had to actually tell her to get out of my face! Like full blown argument.The owner/manager was sitting there and did nothing. I felt attacked and embarrassed. Then they proceed to put my nasty FAKE egg and cheese in a microwave. I left our food and didn't ask for money back . I have been coming here for 5 years. Today I got my normal order, when the lady walked up to give us the order I told her we also got hashbrows in addition to what she handed us. She rolled her eyes pointed to my friends food (that was a complete different order) and said “they’re right there”. I said, “no we ordered our own that is a different order”, she then rudely and aggressively started arguing with me, she simply just had to say that they made a mistake and to go back up to order the additional hashbrowns. Since I had a conversation with the lady at the register about exactly that I went up to her and asked her if she remembers me ordering hashbrowns and she said “yes, I told you 2 come with each order” the lady then comes up to both of us and continues to be rude to both the worker who was extremely sweet and myself. We were told that she is the “manager” and her name is Sara so if that’s your manager I feel so bad for you, seriously good luck. I've spent several years going to many bagel places in NY/NJ and this place is as close as you're gonna get. This place is as good as your average "good" bagel place in the north east.

Edit: it's been several months since this review and still feel the same way about their bagels. I did however have their Jersey Boy sandwhich and honestly it was mediocre. The bagel and Taylor ham is fine. The cheese though taste like some type of Kraft singles, processed cheese. The weakest part of this meal hands down. It could have some soul if a better cheese was used and the scrambled eggs were done properly. Yes, something you think everyone know hows to make actually has a standard way of being prepared.
