From the moment I walked in, Living Green stood out as something special. The indoor atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay awhile, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a meal.

Now let’s talk food—absolutely phenomenal. The Curry Chicken was rich, aromatic, and deeply flavorful, with just the right balance of spice and creaminess. The Chicken with Mushrooms was equally impressive—savory, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It’s rare to find dishes this good in a casual setting, but this café nails it.

What really elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service. A huge shoutout to Rosie, who was not only incredibly attentive and friendly but went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Her focus on customer satisfaction is evident, and she brings a genuine warmth that enhances the entire visit. Rosie is a standout team member, and the café is lucky to have her.

Chicken leg was super under cook, lots if blood in center... This would indicate likely frozen inside when cooked. Would like management to respond to see if they use frozen chicken 🍗. UPDATE I did talk to management and that it was probably an indication that the chicken is actually fresh. i.e. still has blood. GOAL with review is to improve product so we can be satisfied to buy more often 🙂

NEW ISSUE 10.04.24 5.30pm prime dinner time ...Meetballs cold, curry chicken cold, cartots cold, butternut squash cold... systems need to be improved or different staff that's takes food temperature safety more serious....called about this instead of looking into they said they can give refund if bring food back, so don't value my time or gas or fixing problem so they can get more repeat business which they certainly need... I spent over $80. Read other reviews complain about things not being hot, so I'm not the only one, they gave 1 star im giving 3

To be fair, they do have lots of great options and food seems fresh. Maybe heat laps over food solve...

I've been here half a dozen times in the last 2 years, and I love it. I typically get the same thing because I love their salmon, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. I love the way they prepare it. The sweet potatoes have a little caramelization to them which make them so good. The salmon is perfectly cooked in my opinion and the broccoli is delicious. I did try a meatball today which is made with beef and lamb, and I have to say it was one of the best meatballs I've ever had. I've also tried their orange chocolate cake which is delightful. I usually take the food to go, and on occasion have enjoyed coffee on their patio. Their cappuccino is wonderful! It's a lovely little cafe, and the employees are very kind and are more than willing to explain to you what's on their buffet. I understand that some comments say the food is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The food is quality, hence the prices. I like to go there because I'm on my own, and enjoy a nice home-cooked meal which I can always find at this...
