Subway — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Very and organized establishment.

With that being said, I don't know who in the hell Subway thinks they are with their prices. I've never been wowed by subway, but this last meal will be exactly that... my last meal with this franchise.

I ordered a 6in Italian BMT with zero added features and I did not indulge in a drink or side and STILL the total came out to $9.30. Mind-warping.

Furthermore, I attempted to use the kiosk and utilize the "$6.99 for ANY footlong" and conveniently the discount could not be applied. Sadly even the staff was clueless on how to remedy the issue.

All in all, I'm frustrated, disappointed, and still hungry.

I did not feel welcome there at all. I was ignored almost the whole time that I was there and I was the only person at the counter. The man who was at the counter was changing a garbage bag and looked right at me and never said welcome to Subway. Even when I stood at the counter looking at the menu, he just took his time and finished what he was doing and never said a word to me who's a paying customer. I began to look around to see maybe of someone else would assist me but the other young lady just walked pass as well and never said a word. This was terrible and if I did not drive all the way there and was not so hungry I'd have left. Customer attention along with a warm and friendly attitude is key to repeat customers. I had been driving for a while and prior to getting my order I needed to use the restroom. So I did. The restroom needed serious cleaning, even though the toilet was usable. So I mentioned it to the employee, and I don't think I've ever gotten such a blank stare from someone. The indifference was too real. Then another employee comes out, because I believe he heard me mentioned the bathroom needs cleaning, and he's stare wasn't any better. I was like, ugh, do I really want to buy here? I had long day and had somewhere else to be and no time to go elsewhere, so I did. Fortunately, the Turkey bacon avocado wrap meal was good.
