Open Kitchen Cafe — Restaurant in Boca Raton

There is something seriously wrong with the owner of this establishment. I ordered a salad and a breakfast sandwich from them yesterday morning. The sandwich was not good. The ham was dry and the cheese was strange. I called and told them that I couldn't eat it. I asked for them to send a new sandwich. They asked for the other one back. When the delivery person arrived, she told me that the owner wants me to pay for the new sandwich. I told her to take both sandwiches back and refund me for the original. I looked at my bank account today and I was charged for both sandwiches that I didn't eat. I called to speak with the owner and he hung up on me. I am contesting the charge and will seek other means if I do not get the money refunded. I can only guess that this establishment will not last long. How can someone think that it's ok to run a business this way? I work for a company and no one will order from there ever again. He lost over a hundred customers, because of a $3.00 breakfast...

Let's start with the food, we enjoyed it. But over all the experience was less than stellar. There were quite a few tables. You order at the counter and sit and wait for your name to be called. Our food was fresh and hot, and thrown in styrofoam take out boxes. We were eating in. The fish tacos my friends got consisted of fish and soft taco shells (no lettuce or tomatoes). I bought a bottle of water from their refrigerator it was not cold. I asked for a cup of ice they told me they did not have any ice left. My friend bought a cup of lemonade, and guess what, it had ice! Overall the place seemed a little dirty and unkept. The walls had no decorations. This was a hard call between two and three stars but since the food was pretty good I gave them the three. We all agreed we would've liked to have the food on plates instead of the containers. We might go back but...

THEY WERE ROTTEN ! THE SHAKES WERE NOT DRINKABLE TERRIBLE LIKE SEWAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE KALE WAS ROTTED AND SO WAS THE AVACADO IN THE GREEN SHAKE i can tell you my fecies probably tasted better ! So she went back to return them because they were so digusting we had to spit out of first sips ! the manager (A JOKE) REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! SAID THE JUICES TASTED FINE ! ARE YOU KIDDING !!!!! DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS AND REFUSES TO REFUND ! THANK GOD I DIDNT ORDER FOOD - YOU WALK IN AND IT LOOKS LIKE A PRISON CAFETERIA I ORDERED ONLINE AND WENT TO PICK UP ! NEVER AGAIN ! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - THIS IS A JUICE CAFE NEXT DOOR TO THEM GO THERE GO TO DUNKIN NEXT STORE BUT PLEASE BEWARE! AND TRY IT BEFORE YOU WALK AWAY !
