They never answer messages or pick up phone calls. (Update 2/17/20,Michael talkow owner called today and threatened me to hide this review or he will sue me.) I was contacted by the owner(Michael) to list one of our investment properties as "under contract" later his wife (Amy)called and instructed us on what to do. Michael the owner called me back 5DAYS Later trying to pin fraud on us to help justify their investigation.and take my listing. They are being investigated by the FBI.

When i asked to speak to the woman who said she was his wife Michael said "she has nothing to do with this company" Very rude paranoid , and sketchy individual.
Also before returning any of our calls Michael Talkow looked up our sellers ph# and called them to investigate our contract and buisness. I will report this practice to BBB if it costs us our sale. (Feb/3/2020)

The owners of Listingly filed a wrongful lien on the Plaintiffs and liquidating damages of $8,759.09 The liquidated damage clause in the Agreement between Plaintiffs and Defendants.is unenforceable under Florida law..The Plaintiffs only owed Listingly $198.00. paragraph 18 on page 3 explains Plaintiffs side. Paragraph 23 page 3 Defendants told Plaintiffs they were in breach of the contract because they did not allow Defendants to list the home PRIOR to their sale. READ paragraphs 42-46 page 6 Paragraph 46 A real estate broker cannot file a lien against a property for unpaid commissions without first obtaining a legal judgment against the owner of the home.. The lien filed was improper and without a legal judgment should not have been recorded. How does it make sense to use this tactic to try and collect $69 to anyone who attempts to see what you can offer? Unacceptable business practice. If we cant try it before you buy it, how are you supposed to expect a homeowner to just put their most valuable possesions in your hand and expect you to do everything right when the very next day you are threatening to place liens on their property. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. That's all without even before I could upload pictures of my property.
