I recently had the pleasure of dining at Reef Hookah & Grill, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. This hookah restaurant not only offers a wide range of delicious dishes but also excels in providing a comfortable ambiance and unparalleled customer service.
Let's start with the food – it was an absolute culinary delight! The menu at Reef Hookah & Grill boasts an impressive selection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes that cater to all taste preferences. Each dish was a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to delivering top-notch cuisine.
The highlight of the evening, however, was the hookah experience. Reef Hookah & Grill offers a diverse selection of hookah flavors, and the staff is well-versed in helping you choose the perfect one to complement your meal. Whether you're a hookah enthusiast or a newbie, they cater to all preferences. The hookah was expertly prepared, producing thick, flavorful smoke that added to the overall atmosphere without overpowering the dining experience. It was the ideal way to unwind and savor the delicious food.
The ambiance of Reef Hookah & Grill is worth mentioning as well. It strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and traditional charm. The dim lighting, comfortable seating, and Middle Eastern décor create an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Whether you're on a romantic date or enjoying a meal with friends or family, Reef Hookah & Grill sets the stage for a memorable evening.
Finally, the customer service at Reef Hookah & Grill is second to none. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt attention. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and hookah options, and they were more than happy to make recommendations. Throughout the evening, they ensured that our glasses were never empty and that we were comfortable at all times. The attention to detail and genuine care for their patrons truly stood out.
Reef Hookah & Grill is a hidden gem for those seeking a remarkable hookah restaurant experience. With delectable food, a cozy ambiance, and exceptional customer service, it's a place that I'll eagerly return to. Read moreI rarely ever write reviews, especially negative ones, but my experience at Reef Hookah & Grill was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time and money here.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. We waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by our server, and that was only after we waved someone down. No greeting, no menus, no water — just an awkward wait while the staff stood around or tended to hookahs rather than paying attention to actual customers.
Once we finally placed our order, things somehow went from bad to worse. It took over 40 minutes to get a Caesar salad — yes, you read that right, a simple Caesar salad. When it finally arrived, it was soggy, drowning in dressing, and had a strange chemical aftertaste that made it completely inedible. It genuinely made me question whether the ingredients were even safe to eat.
We also ordered a gyro platter and fries, hoping that maybe the entrees would redeem the experience. Unfortunately, they didn’t. The gyro meat was cold and rubbery, like it had been sitting out for a while before being thrown together on a plate. The fries were also ice cold and clearly not fresh — limp, soggy, and stale. Nothing on that plate tasted like it was made to order, let alone made with care.
The worst part? No one on staff seemed to care. Not once did anyone check in to ask if everything was okay. No refills, no apology for the wait, no effort to make the experience even remotely pleasant. It honestly felt like we were an inconvenience just for showing up.
I’ve eaten at countless restaurants, cafes, and hookah lounges, and this ranks among the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of horrible service, nasty food, long wait times, and total lack of professionalism was just unacceptable.
I would not recommend Reef Hookah & Grill to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your stomach — go literally...
Read moreSo my friend and I went to this place last night we sat down and received a food menu with prices on it, while we were choosing what to eat we went ahead and ordered a hookah (blueberry mint flavor). We smoke hookah every week and get the same flavor every time, so we know what it supposed to tase like. The hookah came pretty quickly but it had a very weird flavor to it and it was not hitting right at all. So we complained and the guy, and he said that he was going to get us a new head, it took over 20 minutes for him to get us a new head and coals. While we were waiting for the hookah, my friend ordered a GRILLED chicken breast that is supposed to come with two sides and they brought her FRIED chicken fingers and one side of fries but she didn't complain because she was starving. later I ordered a labaneh and it came out okay. Finally when we were ready to leave we requested the check and the lady brought it to us. And they charged us more than the menu prices, so we mentioned it to the lady and she said "oh everybody knows that the prices on the menu are incorrect because they are from several years ago". And we told her that we generally would not mind paying the extra $, if that was the price stated on the menu, and she replied very rudely saying "the prices on the check are in the system and that she cannon change them" and I told her that I am not willing to pay it because no one ever advised us that the prices are incorrect, we asked to speak to the manager and she claimed to be the owner of the place. After arguing back and forth with her she gave us a new check and instead that we pay with cash, which we did not have on us, we were arguing for maybe 5 minutes about this until she finally gave in and said it was okay to pay with a card. We had a really bad experience with this place and would NEVER go back. DO NOT...
