We had a disappointing experience at this Turkish restaurant. This Sunday we paid a visit as a whole family. Despite being the only customer, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff's behavior was very unprofessional, talking loudly and using curse words. My wife Turkish and heard very dirty words (unbelievable). The food really lost the quality compared to a few years ago. It's unfortunate when such a promising cuisine is overshadowed by poor service and etiquette. We waited an uncomfortably long time for my food, which was frustrating.

What made matters worse was the casual demeanor of the staff. They engaged in loud conversations, often using offensive curse words. This not only disrupted the pleasant dining experience I had hoped for but also reflected poorly on the restaurant's professionalism.

In a casual setting, one would expect a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but this experience was marred by a lack of attention to customer service and an unprofessional attitude from the staff. I don't know about their dinner but I dont think this is a good place for lunch. We ordered eggplant appetizer that wasn't good. I asked whether it was canned product and the answer was no but it was definitely canned eggplant so we were lied. The yogurt meze was also sloppy and not tasty. When we received our greek salads, we asked for olive oil and vinegar. The oil they brought was clearly not olive oil but we were again told that it was. I know what is and what is not olive oil. A mediterranean restaurant must serve fresh ingredients and definitely cold-pressed olive oil and balsamic. Service quality was mediocre. I say this because we were the only table at that moment and I had to ask for a slice of lemon twice. Also, we were a party of 3 and they brought our meals in different times, which means that 2 of us got served our food and our friend had to wait for his food for extra 5 minutes.
